I did the reservation , got the confirmation but when I arrived in the hotel it was full. They did not update their reserves of booking.com. It was a very bad experience. |

It's location at the outskirts of the city Arles, near the motorway, only half an hour from the Camargue, made it a good base for our trips to both the city and the camargue at a fair price. The breakfast was balanced and quite complete. The noice of the traffic on the motorway took some getting used to the firsta day late at night and early morning. The second day was fine though. |

Proximité avec la ville et lieu de travail et centre commercial jouxtant : pratique. Literie et salle de bain correctes. Pas d'ascenseur ( 2ème étage avec bagages à faire en plusieurs fois) tv pas bien réglée et fixée sur le bureau dont on ne peut pas se servir du coup.Pourquoi ne pas la mettre au mur ? et surtout proximité immédiate d'une nationale à grande circulation (et vue) : donc beaucoup de bruit |

Las habitaciones con moqueta tienen mal olor y aspecto. Ruído en la habitación. Hotel sin comodidad, sin ningún encanto ni ningún tipo de bienestar: Para pasar el menor tiempo posible en él. |

Stanza caldissima e molto piccola, c'è solo un piccolo ventilatore, è impossibile aprire la finestra dato che l'hotel è attaccato all'autostrada e il rumore è assordante. L'hotel è situato nella zona commerciale (ipermercati di tutti i tipi) che è un po' squallida. |

het enige wat ik wil vertellen dat het een zeer slecht hotel is met barslechte voorzieningen alles o.a. geen drinken te verkrijgen bij aankomst om 20.30 uur, zeer vieze kamer met ronduit vies sanitair, geen airco, vuile matrassen, onvriendelijk receptiepersoneel, verlichting op de gang kon niet aan zodat het donker was als men naar de kamer ging. Graag wil ik ook wel een mondelinge toelichting geven indien gewenst. |

la moquette de la chambre était male odorante. la tapisserie sur les murs, l'aménagement de la salle de bain... sont très vieux, usés... de plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation, la nuit avec le ventilateur à été très dure, surtout à la vue du prix de la nuit !!! |

Nettes und unkompliziertes Hotel mit freundlichem Service Unser Hund durfte nicht in den Frühstücksraum mitgenommen werden, obwohl wir telefonisch angefragt hatten, ob Tiere erlaubt sind. Auch wurde uns am Telefon nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant des Hotels geschlossen ist: keine Getränke im Hotel (kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, keine Bar, kein Automat). Nur für Kurzaufenthalte geeignet, nicht für längere Ferien. |

personnel accueuillant, petit dejeuner offert (mais je n'en ai pas profite au cours de mon sejour), proximite de magasins en tout genre (zoning), un "design" tres annees 70, ventilateur dans la chambre a defaut d'air conditionne. l'emplacement n'est pas des plus agreables (zoning) mais cela ne m'a pas derange outre mesure |

Un sens de l'accueil très agréable et professionnel. Un buffet petit déjeuner très diversifié, produits de qualité. Une adresse fiable à diffuser sans problème. Améliorer l'indication pour se rendre à l'hôtel car il ne figure pas sur un panneau. |

le personnel est agréable et très accueillant, près de l'autoroute et d'un centre commercial, chambres propres,parking gratuit, petit déjeuner très correcte, bien insonorisé malgré qu'il soit à coté de l'autoroute. à quelques Km de la plage. vu que c'est au bord de l'autoroute on a l'impression d'être loin de tout. mais ça n'a pas été un grand problème pour nous. |
