Perfect location Terrible service, the receptionists were all ignorant and the last one when we tried to check out didn't even speak english and didn't try to understand what we were saying at all! Too expensive, too small, too unfriendly people

Location I tried to change the check out date since I had a emergency that came up and I had to leave paris, I spoke with the hotel reception about it and they told me its ok, but when I modified it on booking.com they refused it and insisted on me to pay for the extra night that am not staying...

Perfect location. Metro located just 100m from the hotel. Hotel is clean and quiet. Workers super nice! Will definately back to this hotel on my next trip. Bad experience with the taxi driver recommeded by the hotel. Agreed price was 60e no matter how jam is the traffic (usually it only cost about 40e to 50e depend the traffic). The time we travelled to airport was very jam. We sat 1 and half hours inside the taxi. He drove up to 150km/h on the high way because he is rush to get another customer from the airport. I gave him 65e because he drove another high way which is less jam in order to get us to the airport. Who's know he asked 10e more from me. He said today is exception becasue it was really jam on the way we came to the airport.

Daily cleaning was quite good. Location also good. Really unpolite and unfriendly staff member who greeted us on the first night (Thirsday 28.04.2013) with "OHH, YOU are not two!! this is bad, I have two children and I tell when I book hotel, this is like plane, you can not book ticket for two people and then fly as three.. oh my god!!" He was actually angry at us!! His name was Denis I later learnt. If it was not for the fact that at 10:00 pm on a busy weekend in the middle of Paris after a long flight, I would have walked back out of the hotel!. My son is not yet 2 years old, the booking was made through booking.com weeks in advance for two adults and an infant. That aside, its quite bad for a hotel receptionist to have an anger tantrum with guests checking in! It tainted an otherwise good experience. I would never come back to this hotel.

Location is perfect.50m from champs and 100 from metro george V.room is very nice ...not really a 4 star from my standard.if you want to visit paris I would really reccomend this for the location/price report Elevator too small They don't really have a bar Breakfast too expensive. .you can eat way cheaper just next door

Great location and accessable to all landmarks, value for money (90%), friendly and helpful staff, familiar faces, as I stayed morethan once. Great interior design, colourful and eco-friendly outlook. Auto ac control system not suits for me during Winter season (feel hotter) - may be only for me!

Location was great as it close to most of attractions with easy access to metro station Internet Wi-Fi free and with good speed connection Hotel & room architecturally designed with some cheerful room colors mixture Entry, lobby, reception area were narrow & poor (not up to standard of 4 stars hotel) Price was highly expensive for hotel facilities No proper concierge service or even car track for luggage or people loading& unloading Street was noisy and look abet frightened specially in late time
