The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned perfectly. The location was perfect, easy walk to the Champs Elysees and good restaurants next door and across the street. |

Funky layout, and fun atmosphere. Loved the decor, and the staff were extremely nice. Fantastic location. Maybe slightly overpriced at 198 Euros a night. |

The location is close to all city sights and you have access to the Metro and Bus stations. The room was too small. In fact only the bed could fit in there. Believe this hotel is designed for couples who will fool around Paris all day long and will need the Hotel only to take a bath and go to sleep at the end of the night. The breakfast was also poor in quantity and quality. |

Location is Excellent. Nice & cooperative Staff. Hotel is brand new & clean. Excellent furniture. Price is little bit high. No water boiler or Tea/Coffee machine. Room size is small. |

Location is very good in the famous avenue of Champs-elysee (opposite to the Louis Vuitton store), it is nicely decorated, room is clean, staff are kind although they don't have staff! Maybe one person or 2 to manage the hotel, who are working as house keepers at the same time! I think they don't have room service as well, no food menu in the room. All rooms are extremely small i've checked them all, you can barely move in the room there is no space for your bags, except the suite but the price is over. I've reserved the Discovery Double room for 4 nights, which I don't think is suitable for two persons. After all, we couldn't stand the suitation anymore. Our stay at le Cristal could ruin the whole trip to Paris so we've stayed for one night and shifted to Napoleon Hotel the next morning and reserved a Classic room which was much better (almost as size of the suite at Le Cristal Hotel). |

Un petit week-end en amoureux plus qu'agréable dans cet hotel qui non seulement a de l'allure , mais également du confort. Pas un bruit ne vous réveille le matin...rare! En plus la boutique Ladurée est à deux pas, parfait pour une petite envie de macarons... Enfin, personnel attentif, très pro mais sans chichis. On reviendra! |

belle décoration et design innovant, propreté parfaite dans un hotel tout neuf,hotel vraiment très bien situé avec un parking public tout proche et non pas privé. Dommage que dans un hotel de ce standing les fenetres sur rue n'assurent pas une isolation phonique parfaite. |

Hotel neuf (ouvert depuis une semaine) donc impeccable, très propre, encore des odeurs de peinture! Les chambres sont minuscules, rien de prévu pour mettre les valises, toute petite salle de bain; mauvaise isolation entre les chambres. |

het personeel was vriendelijk booking.com had de verkeerde beschrijving op het internet geplaats bij privilege kamer. We kregen direct een andere kamer ze liepen netjes mee om te kijken of deze kamer wel goed was. Het ligt op een toplocatie de lift deed het niet |
