La cosa piacevole che la Sig.ra alla reception parla diverse lingue. E' molto cordiale e l'ambiante resta abbastanza famigliare.

Sono rimasta troppo poco per dare un giudizio.

Nice room. Friendly receiption. Bar on site. Breakfast good. Good Irish bar opposite.

On an industrial estate. Limited restaurants near by.

One room for a family of 5, which is hard to find. Nice friendly english speaking staff.

The staff were excellent, very attentive with nothing too much trouble! The swimming pool was a nice bonus. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

A little way out of the City centre

Convenient location for our journey through France. Room had air-conditioning.

It did not have free Wi-Fi in the room. Although it had free Internet access through an Ethernet cable, I could not use my iPad.

Like the family room for 5 (great for families with 3 children) and great location for stopping off to the South of France

Had problems with the room on the way home, lots of things broken, no air conditioning, room wasn't ready for us, I could go on. Staff sorted the room but were unable to do anything about the rest of it. Had a very uncomfortable night, not what you want as part of a long drive. Spoke to staff, they took my details and said management would be in touch. They didn't and I chased them, have had a response to say they are looking into it but nothing more. Its been 4 weeks waiting now, obviously not going to reply to me. Looks like I'll be finding a different hotel for the stopover next year.

It was clean and central to our trip.

I have already commented on this hotel, this is the same comment. (My family and I stayed twice, going to South of France & back to gb) The Crystal is in a perfect location just off junction 1 of the A75/E11. The hotel is situated in a Commercial park, which straddles both sides of the road and a short walk takes you to several restaurants and bars. Having said that the hotel is quiet and perfect for an overnight stop on the way to south of France or on the way back to Britain. There is a small but adequate pool in the hotel which lets the kids have a swim and let off steam. There are two restaurants adjacent to the hotel and slightly further afield are the other restaurants and an Irish Bar that also serves good meals. A few minutes walk will also take to a LIDL which is a godsend for stocking up with lunch goods for your onward journey. To sum up the Crystal is not a five star hotel by any means, but was clean, warm, welcoming and in a fabulous location. My family would recommend it and in fact we stayed there going to the South of France and coming back to Britain

The location.

Someone else used underwear under the bed Broken shower that you had to hold to shower with. The single sheet that was far to small for the bed so kept rolling up all night. The end of the single bed that was wet causing the bed to be damp. Having to squeeze past the pull out double bed to get to the window side of the room.

Great for travellers, just off the motorway plenty of restaurants close by

In an excellent location at the start of A75. About 8 hours from Calais and 5 hours from the Costa Brava destination. Catered comfortably as an overnight stop for 5 people. Good price (room catering for 5 good for budget) and more friendly than an Etap or other chain. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly.

Friendly staff, directly off the motorway and right next to restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Ample and very secure parking.

Friendly staff, good continental breakfast, clean air-conditioned room and nice hot showers.Didn't have time to sample the pool.

Location is great - just off the motorway and fantastic price for family of 4, lots of restaurants on the doorstep suitable for both families and couples, on site parking, has a pool. Very helpful, friendly and english speaking staff.

Pool was a bit cloudy and floor around it none too clean. Breakfast looks a bit basic for the price and as loads of restaurants inc McDonalds etc in area, we did not bother.

It was close to the motorway and relatively easy to find. Friendly reception staff.

The double bed was a sofa bed at one end of the room and the television was in front of the two single (kids) beds?! We arrived late at night and had to ask for tea/coffee/milk for our room as they hadn't been replenished. Breakfast was expensive as an extra and basic.

Family room where you can actually fit a family of five.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Good room value. Secure car park.

Used it as an overnight stop on the way down to Spain and again on the way back up. The hotel was good and the situation within very easy access to the motorway was also good. Although close to the motoraway uoy are not bothered by traffic noise. It is out of the city centre but there are lots of places to eat around about.

Indoor swimming pool with warm water. Everything was OK.

It is good value for money and well situated for restaurants etc.

WE asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoking room, which smelled bad

Staff were friendly & more than accommodating to our 2 under 7's who'd been in a car most of the day (& therefore had more than a little pent up energy), the room was comfortable (but could do with extra pillows) breakfast was ok, although the a toaster would be a welcome addition. Overall, little on the expensive side for an overnight stay, but comfortable, staff excellent.
