Hotel nicely decorated in local alpine style. Nice rooms with good view at the mountains around. Location very close to the old fortified town of Briancon. Some of the hotel personnel were not friendly and in a case they were very rude ! They denied to give us a bottle of water saying that kitchen was closed. The previous night, a different person did serve us on the same request ... Very poor English making it difficult to get information. At dinner we ordered from a picture of the menu and we got a bit different plate. Parking at the back yard not that safe. At checkout, they had charged us more of those really consumed (number of breakfasts, bottle of waters) ... But after we noticed that at least they didn't argue.

the hotel was in a nice location near the old city As I have said previously the value for money of hotels in france just does not compare to those in Italy and Germany for the same money. This hotel could have done with a lick of paint and an updated appearance

The food in the restaurant was above average & value for money. Free wifi worked well. Our first impressions on arrival were very poor. The receptionist was aggressive & rude, not allowing us to talk at all, & making no concessions to our poor French. Other hotel staff that we spoke to later were much more agreeable.

gentillesse, serviabilité et sourires de tout le personnel, très bons repas, établissement familial chambre sur la rue bruyante tôt le matin (camions) - nous l'avons signalé la veille de notre départ après un séjour d'une semaine, nous avons changé de chambre juste pour une nuit. Si nous avions su cette possibilité, nous l'aurions demandée plus tôt. Dans la salle-d'eau, nous aurions aimé un porte-savon dans la douche et un porte-peignoir sur la porte coulissante en bois. Nous nous en sommes accommodés la semaine et l'avons signalé à la fin de notre séjour, avec le sourire. Petits détails qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour.

nous avons aimé l'accueil de l'hôtelier qui a été très agréable avec nous, donnant à son établissement un côté familial, de même que les jeunes serveuses du restaurant. nous avons apprécié la cuisine de ce même hôtelier. chapeau pour son travail derrière les fourneaux!!!! bref, il semble que son métier lui sied vraiment!!! nous avons apprécié la proximité de la ville et de ses servicest! nous avons été très dérangés par le passage incessant des véhicules sur la route devant l'hôtel et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air frais

Responsable très sympathique . Chambre propre . Pas de gardien de nuit et pas de code d'entrée . Il faut arriver à l'heure pour ne pas faire revenir le personnel de l'hótel. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante.

La vicinanza alla città medioevale rende l'albergo ideale per la sosta per poter raggiungere il vecchio centro a piedi. Impianti di risalita un po' distanti ma biglietto gratuito del bus fornito dall'albergatore. Silenzioso nonostante sia sulla strada. Accoglienza ottima.

Hotel semplice e carino. Molto comodo come punto di riferimento sia per le piste di Serre Chevalier sia per il complesso sciistico del Monginevro. Il parcheggio privato, il deposito sci e internet gratuito sono servizi più che graditi.

Facile da raggiungere si trova lungo la strada che da Claviere arriva a briancon ed a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ampio parcheggio e per chi non volesse usufruire della colazione in hotel, c'è un bar- caffetteria subito all'angolo. Bagno in camera con doccia pulito e dotato di asciugamani e phon. Letto alla francese con lunghezza non adeguata alle altezze medie maschili.
