Jack was very helpful directing us to the hotel, and very friendly when we arrived. Morning staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The shower in our room needs up-dating.

Plug didn't fit bathroom basin, so water ran out. Taps leaked behind the basin.

Restaurant was closed on the Saturday evening.

Low cost, advised them we would be on a ferry from England and had an English manager on to meet us as we would be a little late in the evening. Plenty of parking, excellent show for breakfast, bed comfortable, just best all round value have had for some time, will use again if passing through Caen on our next trip to and from France

We originally booked this hotel as it was the only one we found in the area that offered free on-site parking. We weren't expecting great things but were pleasantly surprised. The staff were wonderful, especially Jack who couldn't do enough to make our stay a success - all spoke good English Rooms were smallish but beds were comfortable with lovely clean fresh bedding nearly every day Food was good - breakfast 8 euro - was plentiful and unlimited and we stayed for dinner on two nights and it was lovely - three courses 15 euro

Can't think of anything negative - for what we paid it was areal bargain

The hotel has a nice parking area and friendly staff. The breakfast is ok. Price is ok for Caen.

The bathroom seems to be salvaged from some old cruise ship, it's in its own plastic cabine which looks a bit strange in the room. The shower was therefore also really too low for me (1.96m). WiFi is available, but has no signal in our room. The bed however is the main problem: it's so horribly soft and unsupportive, that we hardly slept at all and woke up with stiff joints.

Fantastic breakfasts. Quiet and comfortable. Great value for money.

The hotel was great. Caen , however does not have abundance of restaurants .

Ideal for our overnight stop enroute for the next days ferry sailing from Le Havre. Very good value budget Hotel. Breakfast was good. Car parking very good. Staff were very accommodating.
