Grand Hotel Mercure Croisette Beach  

The best thing about the Croisette Beach hotel was the location. It is close to everything and right on the beach.

I was surprised that this hotel is 4 star while the services should not exceed 2 star. I arrived early at 11am i was told the room will be ready before 3pm, although i am an A club member and a honeymooner, they did not give respect to both and made me wait until 3:30pm for the room to be ready. They even told me the room is ready then when i went up i found out that they are cleaning it. Also on the second day, i left the room early morning for the beach, and left the sign on the door saying "please make my room", when i cam back at 5pm, nothing was done. I was so disappointed from the service in the hotel.

The only niggle was that whenever you registered and logged on to the wifi and closed your computer you had to do it all over again when you wanted to log on again.

Staff extremely hospitable which is an anomaly for french hospitality unless you are paying for it, rooms very clean spacious and rennovated, generous on bathroom supplies and walking distance to shopping district / bars and restaurants one step from Carlton / Intercontinental so location is quite central. Would definitely go back.

The superior room was very comfortable and the hotel is quite new.

My room was not ready when I arrived. I assume that this is due to August being the busiest time.

Every single thing was perfect. After staying at many hotels throughout Europe on this trip and requesting a room with Facilities for Disabled people this was the first and only to offer what we required.

The door locking system was not working with the card key and even after 3 days did not succeed to repair it.

Nice comfortable rooms. Nicest, largest room we had while in Europe. Very clean. Next to the Carlton Hotel.

It was a little further from the city center than expected, however still only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We stayed here because it was on the beach. It had a small private beach that was closed while we were there.

Bon accueil, personnel disponible. Plage privée sur croisette très agréable pour un tarif très abordable.

La piscine et la terrasse sont petites mais elles existent. La restauration de l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu par contre le service de restauration de la plage est excellent mais un peu cher....!!!

je connais cet établissement depuis une dizaine d'années.j'y descendais assez régulièrement.mes séjours s'y sont toujours bien déroulés.ses prix sont encore raisonnables.
