This Citadines Apart’hotel is in central Cannes, a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and La Croisette beaches. It has a rooftop terrace with a deck.
Score from 288 reviews Good
The location was terrific and close to everything and in the centre of La Croisette.
The rooms are a bit old and run down.
I never understood, why Cannes was recently voted one of the unfriendliest places in the world - until I met Emiline from reception. She was unhelpful and arrogant. The stay in Cannes was nice - apart from the experience with reception. Therefore, I will not come back to this hotel.
Room is amazing, spa is great
A little far as hotel is at the start of shaikh zayid road. Construction works in hotel without being informed prior yo booking
I enjoyed the most the beach of the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like
I loved the location
Rooms are too small
Great quiet location in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and beach side. Valet parking is very convenient. The junior suites are very spacious offering valued amenities and facilities.
The location is superb, we could not have asked for more. Plus there is access to the hotels private beach, which was an added bonus (although a separate charge is payable, per person, per day albeit reasonably priced). Very clean room and bathroom and rest of the hotel clean. Bath robes provided and slippers, all the small extras that made our stay very comfortable.
Staff on reception were not particularly friendly - our room was not ready on arrival (and we arrived later in the day). Quite a poor welcome and told 'to wait'. Not great, but the rest of the stay was great.
I don't think the hotel pay much attention to smoking ban. I could see from my balcony people smoking in their rooms. You need to pay for using hotel's private beach. I took my 6 year old daughter there for 30 minutes and they have charged me for 2 people for whole day. Breakfast was expensive and below average in my opinion.
Low quality rooms,with high price:(
Very close to the beach and the main attractions in Cannes.
The parking was a little expensive (20 euros for 24 hours).
very old hotel
Close to the main promenade and beaches. Good breakfast. Private beach from the hotel.
The private beach is quite expensive (25 € per day per person), but everything in Cannes is pricey. No individual soaps/body lotion in rooms, even though rooms aren't cheap.
Tried to check in at 12 but room wasn't available till 3pm which was fair enough. Requested a travel cot. Returned at 3pm to be told there was too many of us in the room, 2 adults, 2 year and 1 year old. It was a fire hazard so we would have to buy another room. Explained this was ludicrous as had booked the room, with all of us on the booking and prepaid. Requested to see the room but was told I couldn't. Offered us a junior suite which looked remarkable like the triple room I had originally booked. We were told to return in an hour and the room would be ready, it wasn't. Bearing in mind we had babies with us was not really good enough. Finally got in the room at 5pm.
Clean and friendly hotel. Staff were all faultless & location near to beaches and main cannes highlights. Good breakfast set up.
1)No evening meal restaurant in hotel or for lunch! 2) Bar food very expensive and drinks from bar extortionate! 3) pool goes from shallow to very deep in one step and as small dangerous for non swimmers in my view. 4) Hotel near opposite has night club parties on its roof ( very noisy )
Rude staff , unprofessionel , no respect for customer prefrence in term of smoking and smoking basicly take or leave it . Bed cover is very poor
Good location and private beach.
Expensive sunbeds, 25€ pr person pr day. Some days the private beach close at 17:00, be aware of this. Poor quality of the breakfast. Scrambeled eggs are awful. Not fried at all. Bacon was not fried and barely cooked. Bad coffee. Not worth 21€ at all. Recommend to have breakfast on the nearby restaurants instead. They offer much better breakfast for half the price. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Not recommended for a good nights sleep! Bad value for money. Expect more for a 4 star hotel.
The staff are very helpful. And the location is good.
Very old and dirty furniture very old path room. No one want to spend over 400 euros a day for that type of rooms.
Close to beach & restaurants
Pool area cramped
nice hotel and good room.
not easy to find the hotel's beach
Proximity to the Croisette Car park Room amenities
Pool very small - but still a pool
beds the best room good size hotel comfortable staff helpful and smiley pool small but a bonus position great everything to make for a great break have stayed here several times
there is nothing not to like
The room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is located 1 block from the beach.
Cost of using the beach was high.
Excellent location and friendly, customer focussed staff make this hotel a first choice for those looking for easy accessibility to the beach and Croisette.
Local taxi firm needs watching - a couple if drivers tried to inflate the metered price, but none tried to rip us off for an extra 10 Euros!
Its a tired hotel and not really user friendly for aged persons who are limited in mobility
