とにかくひどいです。シーサイドビューを希望しましたがとれないのでワンランクアップしたといわれましたが- 、ドアは開きにくいしバスのドアの鍵がかかって3時間も直してもらえず、しかも夜遅くだったのでトイレも使- えないしスタッフが出入りするため夜中の1時まで起きてまっていなくてはならなかったので二度と行きたくな- いです。立地もよくないのになぜあんなに高い料金設定なのか理解できません。 |

Friendly staff, lovely interior in the lobby, flexible in terms of availing of room Decor in the room was a bit shabby, as it was in the breakfast room. We were not told that breakfast was extra, which added an extra €60 to the bill, which for what we ate, we could've got around the corner for a third of the price |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room nice and clean, but the bar a bit too quiet.... Breakfast pretty poor, in particular the "hot" breakfast (bacon, sausage etc) - practically inedible, really awful for a four star hotel. Also, the lift should not require the key card on the way down - this is absurd and I was stranded on the Fifth floor on the last day because my key card had expired at noon and I was on a late check-out - absurd!! |

the clean modern appearance. The friendliness of the reception staff and the Breakfast Room staf and Cannesf. The best bed of all the hotels we slept in on our trip to Alassio, Rapallo Too much hanging about and talking by the Chamber Maids |

The cleaning of the rooms was perfect and the location is good. Renting a scooter in the same street was a good idea. The pool is small. |

Very convenient location! Close to beach and shopping! Room was immaculate. Clean appealing decor. Wireless services worked well - appreciated the various purchase options. Staff very helpful, courteous. Reasonable price. The need to use a key card each time I got into elevator (up and down). Construction going on across the street reduced the ambiance but once done should be fine. Would be helpful to add hair conditioner to the bath supplies. |

Hotel has a very convenient location with a satisfactory breakfast . Housekeeping needs to be improved which is very poor.Also the hotel needs to be renovated as all of the furnitures looks 20 years old. |

Nice hotel, well located on a side street just off the Croisette, immediately next to the Carlton. Requested a room with balcony and a view and got exactly that. Nice view of the Med. And steps from one of the world's best sandy beaches. Spacious comfortable room with coffee/tea maker and wireless internet for a fee. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking worked fine but expensive. But this is cannes. Excellent buffet breakfast but very pricey for two of us. Did love the various free newspapers, though. The hotel pool should be revamped. Too small and dingy. We were not able to get a place at the private beach on our first day, but the staff arranged for us to go to the nearby Festival des Plages which was much nicer as the seating is not so crowded. |

The proximity to the beach was perfect only 20 to 30 steps away. The position for shopping was excellent and the staff very helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The only negative was the drinks were very expensive in the bar. Gin 9 Euros Tonic 5 Euros and 6 euros for a half a beer, although it was expensive everywhere this year due to the euros being 1 for 1. The bar was always empty - perhaps if they reduced their prices somewhat they may attract guests who wish to part take of an aperitif. |

The hotel was central to the beach and resturants, the breakfast was lovely with ample space. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. I had booked the room with an ocean view and balcony, you would have to look around the corner of the balcony to see a bit of the ocean, i was vey disappointed with this. |

The hotel was in a good location and offered beach sun bed location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel room good The bathroom was good but could do with fresh tiles in the bath area. But would not stop me using the hotel again |

Great location. Good beach club Very disappointed that our rooms were not ready for 3pm - the formal availability time. Eventually got in at 3.45pm. Extras are pricey (ie coke Eu 4.50) |

good size room , close to beach , cenral and close to the night life , shopping and restaurants Not so comfortable bed , you have to pay for the "private beach" the smae as what you pay for anyother private beaches arround the hotel !! expensive wifi , other wise its ok |
