Grand Hotel Mercure Croisette Beach

Останавливалась в этом отеле 15-18 Октября. Отель располагается на второй линии, рядом с гостиницей Carlton. Персонал очень дружелюбный, готовы помочь с любой просьбой. Номер был хороший, с видом на боковую улицу, немного было видно море. Несмотря на то, что погода была шикарная, пляж гостиницы уже был закрыт. В других гостиницах пляжи еще работали. Очень рекомендую посетить пляж гостиницы Miramar, там очень приятное кафе.

Месторасположение отличное. Халаты, тапочки и пр. в наличии.

Интернет за отдельные деньги и нет Wi-Fi - из позапрошлого века и не для 4-х звезд. Уборка очень медленная и некачественная - под кроватью не моют, халат не сложили (просто бросили на кровать).

Decor in the room was a bit shabby, as it was in the breakfast room. We were not told that breakfast was extra, which added an extra €60 to the bill, which for what we ate, we could've got around the corner for a third of the price

Very convenient location! Close to beach and shopping! Room was immaculate. Clean appealing decor. Wireless services worked well - appreciated the various purchase options. Staff very helpful, courteous. Reasonable price.

The need to use a key card each time I got into elevator (up and down). Construction going on across the street reduced the ambiance but once done should be fine. Would be helpful to add hair conditioner to the bath supplies.

Hotel has a very convenient location with a satisfactory breakfast .

Housekeeping needs to be improved which is very poor.Also the hotel needs to be renovated as all of the furnitures looks 20 years old.

The proximity to the beach was perfect only 20 to 30 steps away. The position for shopping was excellent and the staff very helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

The only negative was the drinks were very expensive in the bar. Gin 9 Euros Tonic 5 Euros and 6 euros for a half a beer, although it was expensive everywhere this year due to the euros being 1 for 1. The bar was always empty - perhaps if they reduced their prices somewhat they may attract guests who wish to part take of an aperitif.

The hotel was in a good location and offered beach sun bed location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel room good

The bathroom was good but could do with fresh tiles in the bath area. But would not stop me using the hotel again

Not so comfortable bed , you have to pay for the "private beach" the smae as what you pay for anyother private beaches arround the hotel !! expensive wifi , other wise its ok
