- Follow signs for Centre Ville, towards the town centre.
- Take Avenue Maransin (D914)
- Turn right on to Boulevard de la Grotte on your right hand side.
- Follow Gave du Pau, across the Pont Vieux bridge.
- The hotel is on Rue Marie Saint Frai.

There is a public car park 150 metres from the hotel.

By Train:
From the train station take the bus to the Sanctuary. The hotel is just 200 metres from the Sanctuary.

By Air:
- From Tarbes-Lourdes airport (15 km) take the N21 towards the city centre.
- Take Avenue Maransin (D914)
- Turn right on to Boulevard de la Grotte on your right hand side.
- Follow Gave du Pau, across the Pont Vieux bridge.
- The hotel is on Rue Marie Saint Frai.

There is also a shuttle bus service which runs from the airport to the Sanctuary every 15 minutes. The hotel is just 200 metres from the Sanctuary.
