Πού ήταν τόσο κοντα στο κέντρο της πόλης και που φρόντιζαν για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου 2 φορές την ημέρα. θα ήθελα να έχει μπανιέρα η καμπίνα στο μπάνιο γιατί αναγκαζόμασταν να τα κάνουμε όλα χάλια όταν κάναμε μπάνιο πράγμα ανεπίτρεπτο για το κόστος του δωματίου και λιγότερο θόρυβο. |

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was always cleaned immaculately when we returned after a trip out. I have nothing to complain about. |

The hotel staff were welcoming and professional and the bed was one of teh most comfortable I have ever slept in!!! Not a particular dislike but as with all French hotels - they could for the cost include tea and coffe making facilities.It would add a lot more than teh cost to the overall experience. |

We did not receive the room we requested. Since we paid in advance for a suite and did not get it, we requested a refund. It took a long time and discussions with the manager before they refunded the difference |

The staff is supernice, they managed most of our requests. Like getting pain killer in the middle of the night, etc. Design of the hotel is nice. Location is good too. The rooms are too small. Almost like only a bed, a desk and that's it. We tried to move into a suite as soon as we realized the size of the room, but the hotel was fully booked. Even tho that the equipment in the bathroom is Duravit, the shower was broken, the water had no pressure. No toothpaste, no floss water. I would choose a different hotel next time. The ratings are overrated. |

excellent staff. very proffesional ,cleanliness is a very high standard hotel totally beautiful , quiet romantic and perfectly located 5 mins from the main shopping in champs elysees 100% value and luxury room service was not very good du8e to lack of selection ,every time we called we were told we have only 1 of this or none of this on the menu there was a choice of 3 different things on each course but we never seen 1 night that we could make a choice this is due to the hotel being so new that the restaurant is not open yey but is due to open in the next few weeks then this hotel will be awesome to stay in |

The location is very good, only few minutes from the Champs elysees and the Hop-on Hop-off tour bus stop in the champs Elysees. Hotel it self is clean and room size was reasonable. breakfast was good.. |

Very central location, staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic selection for breakfast would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. No restaurant or bar but there was room service |

Location The smallest room I ever had for 240 euros. I could touch the 4 walls from the bed. Poor views to an inside patio that was still under construction. And the hotel seemed to be empty. |

Location close to city centre and public transport. Helpfulness of staff. Lack of restaurant in hotel, although I understand one is planned for later this year. Furnishings in the room were minimalist, particularly with regard to wardrobe and luggage space. |

the cleanliness of our room was excellent the turn down service was much appreciated due to the fact three sisters shared one room and we each showered twice daily clean towels and shampoo ect refilled. it was much appreciated. we all would recommend a stay again. |

The hotel is located at good location in Paris, good luxusry hotel, nice staff and very clean and silent rooms. when i booked the hotel there was balcony in the room description on booking.com but after checkin there i found no junior studio rooms are with balcony, manager appologies for the same and informed me of removal of such description from website. breakfast was ok but should have more variety. |

convenience, very nice neighbour surroundings, and good food/services (but we got a very good rate for the room) the extractor fan in the toilet doesn't work properly and internet access is very slow (via tel) |
