Crowne Plaza Champs Elysées

Absolutamente fantástico, romçantico y perfectamente situado. Una maravilla (un poco caro, pero excelente)

Una pena que la ducha continuamente pasaba del agua hirviendo a la cnogelada.

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Las habitaciones pequeñas y la calidad de parte de los muebles.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos tanto del Arco del Triunfo como de Champs Elysees, y a la vez está sobre una avenida tranquila, con personal muy amable y listo para solucionar cualquier problema, todo muy nuevo y con un alto standard de limpieza. Aparte, imperdible por relación comida/ambiente/precios el restaurante a 60 mts del hotel, llamado Comptoir de l'arc.

Aún cuando el baño tenía buenas dimensiones y era nuevo, la ducha no tenía presión y la temperatura del agua oscilaba constantemente. Por otro lado, el hotel no cuenta con un bar (no es que me parezca fundamental, pero por sus tarifas y por promocionarse como un hotel importante debería tenerlo). Y por supuesto, la habitación, aunque muy linda, era muy pequeña.

Levantaban los platos del desayuno cuando todavia estabamos en la mesa. Un poco desagradable cuando uno esta relajado disfrutando en vacaciones, sin apuros.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was always cleaned immaculately when we returned after a trip out. I have nothing to complain about.

We did not receive the room we requested. Since we paid in advance for a suite and did not get it, we requested a refund. It took a long time and discussions with the manager before they refunded the difference

excellent staff. very proffesional ,cleanliness is a very high standard hotel totally beautiful , quiet romantic and perfectly located 5 mins from the main shopping in champs elysees 100% value and luxury

room service was not very good du8e to lack of selection ,every time we called we were told we have only 1 of this or none of this on the menu there was a choice of 3 different things on each course but we never seen 1 night that we could make a choice this is due to the hotel being so new that the restaurant is not open yey but is due to open in the next few weeks then this hotel will be awesome to stay in

Staff were very friendly and specialy the operation manegr who was personally caring for guestes. Location was fabulouos in the Champs Elyse.

Location close to city centre and public transport. Helpfulness of staff.

Lack of restaurant in hotel, although I understand one is planned for later this year. Furnishings in the room were minimalist, particularly with regard to wardrobe and luggage space.

Excellent location, very stylish hotel, hospitable friendly staff, excellent rate, great experience, would go there again
