I used 2 different booking engines to book 2 rooms, 1 for Rautenbach Mr and the other for Rautenbach Miss, and the 1 room was cancelled as they thought it was a dupe bkg,

The hotel is very well situated. The staff very profesionnal, polite and helpful. Room was large, clean, quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of food and drinks to meet any needs.

The hotel is well situated and the staff were very helpful. Nice big room and comfortable bed. We were put in a bigger room at no extra cost to give us more room because we needed an extra bed for our 2 year old.

Very business-oriented. Decor is quite dark and heavy making the room a bit old-fashioned. Not a major problem but it could do with updating.

The centre, thus it is not noisy, precautionary employees, the bar and the patio have style-lounge Street of shops-3 minutes, Temples (St. Sernin, Jacobins) 5-7, le gare 20

the staff were very helpful

the room allocated i.e. 540 received no sun and therefor was a cold room as soon as you walked in. i felt the room would be ok if i was staying for one night but certanily i could not recommend the room to people if straying more than one night.

Good location.

The hotel is very well located at one corner of Place du Capitol, near all city centr shops, restaurants, historical sites. The rooms are big and comfortable albeit a little dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rates over a Sunday night were very reasonable. Very efficient car parking service although expensive due to prime city centre location

As per above slightly dated decor , very expensive breakfast (23€ ) much better to breakfast outdoors on one of the cafes in place du Capitol

Bad relation price quality. Rooms restaurant and environment witouth character, even ugly for a high price. Very bad service on breakfast

it is located in excellent location all shops are within short walking distance

It si pricy, I found nearby hotel much cheaper, If the hotel give better deal then i will recommend it. I got very nice room. my friends stayed in nearby hotels but their rooms are not as nice as this hotel.

Le confort de la chambre , le calme de la chambre donnant sur un patio , le patio lui même et le confort du salon , la localisation de l'hotel en plein centre ville

Le personnel qui oublie systématiquement de dire "bonjour ", qui ne vous accompagne pas à la chambre à notre arrivé , qui ne vous propose pas de porter la valise de Mme , qui vous reveille sans ménagement à 8h30 du matin pour vérifier le mini bar , et qui oublie de vous dire "au revoir "
