The hotel was excellent, everything you needed and an excellent location. Car parking is a problem, and the hotel drinks are very expensive. |

I used 2 different booking engines to book 2 rooms, 1 for Rautenbach Mr and the other for Rautenbach Miss, and the 1 room was cancelled as they thought it was a dupe bkg, |

Staff on reception desk extremely helpful and professional. Calm room. Vegetarian option in restaurant was a bowl of plain steamed vegetables. Coffee cup was dirty. Bedroom carpet was dusty. Wardrobe was too small for 2 people travelling with suits etc. Plug socket was hanging off wall. |

The hotel is very well situated. The staff very profesionnal, polite and helpful. Room was large, clean, quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of food and drinks to meet any needs. |

Room was large, single beds were a good size and the bathroom was very well equiped Understaffed. Had to wait ages at reception and to get a table for dinner. On Sunday breakfast was chaotic, I had to set my own table and get my own coffee. Many food items had run out. Several people complained but did not receive much sympathy. |

Staff friendly and helpful. We were ill during our stay, and they helped us find a doctor. Very convenient location. This is a 3 storey building with 6 storeys of hotel in it. The result is rather low ceilings. The centre of Toulouse is mixed bag (some fine buildings, but lots of young men cruising around in cars of an evening, do yourself a favour and avoid the restaurants in the Place du Capitole - but that's not the fault of the hotel). |

The hotel is well situated and the staff were very helpful. Nice big room and comfortable bed. We were put in a bigger room at no extra cost to give us more room because we needed an extra bed for our 2 year old. Very business-oriented. Decor is quite dark and heavy making the room a bit old-fashioned. Not a major problem but it could do with updating. |

i liked the location of the hotel in the centre of toulouse and proximity to museums and shops the nearest car park did not accommodate our 4 by 4 car |

Great location and a good rate for 2 people sharing. Over all a good experience. While a complimentry bathroom kit was offered which was great as I had forgotten an item, on requesting the bathroom kit none were available and the staff did not offer any assistance. Very poor customer service if you are going to offer something make sure that it is available! |

the staff were very helpful the room allocated i.e. 540 received no sun and therefor was a cold room as soon as you walked in. i felt the room would be ok if i was staying for one night but certanily i could not recommend the room to people if straying more than one night. |

The hotel is very well located at one corner of Place du Capitol, near all city centr shops, restaurants, historical sites. The rooms are big and comfortable albeit a little dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rates over a Sunday night were very reasonable. Very efficient car parking service although expensive due to prime city centre location As per above slightly dated decor , very expensive breakfast (23€ ) much better to breakfast outdoors on one of the cafes in place du Capitol |
