The hotel was very central and very clean and presentable, I would definately stay there again. I loved the shower room. CLose to Euro station and Shopping. Only one thing that was a bit poor and that was the bar staff, you had to look for them to be served otherwise excellent. |

Exellent location within walking distance of the city. Room was large, clean and great view of the city. Satff were helpful. The breakfast service was a bit chaotic |

It's a recognised brand of hotel and you can therefore expect a certain level of comfort and service. Breakfast was good. Service and facility good. Around satisfied. No special parking for guest and costs for parking was fairly high at normal public parking rates. |

Location, location, location for anyone who wants to travel on Eurostar, the station beng literally just across the road. The unusually "late" check out time of 12 noon also a bonus. Connecting to wifi cost Euro 10, far too excessive |

Unfortunately our shower did not work which was particularly inconvenient & totally unacceptable given the cost of the room.I told the reception staff when we checked out & was simply told they would make a note of it.I did think a discount might have been offered! |

Room was nice and clean. For 4 hours we were left in the dark as the hotel decided to have an electrical problem corrected from 6-8pm.No candles etc available.We complained to the manager the next morning who did listen and waived our stay for free.The staff in the hotel were very unhelpful when we asked for candles to see.We also had a problem with the tv later and the reception staff didnt want to know. |

It is a lovely hotel, with excellent decor and very comfortable. The bar was good Our evening meal at the Restaurant. The salad dishes were excellent but a limited menu. Furthremore one of the items was unavailavble and surprisingly two of the displayed wines. |

Rooms were comfortable. Desk/resturant/bar staff were all very pleasant. Location, just across the road from Eurostar, was of course excellent! The hotel generally was very cold. Servicing of the rooms was often incomplete - no top up of drinks (tea/coffee/milk) or toiletries (loo rolls). Requesting these at the desk had no impact. |

Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Bar staff was very slow in helping customers. Took 10 minutes to get a glass of wine. Entrance of parking garage is hidden and unbelievably small. It is nearly impossible to turn into the parking in one go. |

L'hôtel veilli mal, traces de coups dans la porte, papier peint araché, salle de bain pas très nette, ascenseur en panne, non tolérable dans cette gamme de prix |

enkel ligging zeer nabij tgv station euralille + metro zeer dicht bij; kamers op zich OK hotel teert vol op zijn locatie; geen 4-sterren waard; er zijn twee liften een ervan was buiten gebruik ; voor hotel met 10 verdiepingen zou dat niet mogen zeker als de lift bovendien tergend traag is; ontbijt normaal; bediening niet echt vriendelijk |
