Extreemly nice and helpful staff, good location and nice spacious and very clean rooms. Bar closed on sunday evening or when hotel is not fully booked. shame. Not very handy for a 4* hotel. wireless internet and minibar prices are ridiculously high!!!! 6 euros for a small bottel of water? sorry. |

La Citadelle is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. In my opinion, the only drawback is the lack of room service when the onsite restaurant is closed. They do not offer room service on Sunday. Sunday evening the restaurant selection is poor. |

Chocolate and confiture made at site are particularly tasty The only thing to mention is the fact that the hotel has secured money on my credit card the night prior to my arrival, without advising me first. |

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Lage gegenüber dem Park war angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war sehr ungenügend. Nur eine Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch ausser den Lampen neben den Betten. Der Rest des Zimmers war unbeleuchtbar - die Wandschränke waren abends total dunkel |

De kamer was ruim, comfortabel, mooi ingericht en airconditioned. De keuken van het restaurant is werkelijk topklasse. De sommelier verstaat zijn vak. De kamer was een beetje donker; te weinig licht dus. |

Architektur, Ruhe, Zentrumsnähe Nicht wirklich, aber nett wäre es, vor dem Hotel ein paar Tische, Sonnenschirme und die Möglichkeit für eine kleine Auszeit zu finden. Im Flur im 3. OG ist es bei Hitze extrem heiß. |

Les chambres sont très agréables, hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du centre piétonnier et parcs. Nous avons été particulièrement enchanté par la qualité du restaurant gastronomique tant au niveau des plats inoubliables que du service. A recommander. |

la qualité du mobilier et le confort de la chambre la déco de la salle du petit déjeuner décalée par rapport au design des chambres et pas assez couleur locale (ton orange et murs patinés type provençal... en lorraine) cela aurait mérité des tons pastels dans les taupes ou les verts! |

Hoewel het hotel al vier jaar in gebruik is oogt het alsof de renovatie gisteren is afgerond. Prachtig gerenoveerd oud gebouw, hartje Metz en uiterst rustig gelegen. Keuken is uitmuntend. Een aanrader voor iedereen die de fraaie stad Metz zou willen gaan ontdekken. |
