I arrived on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was closed and the bar was closed. Apparently they are always closed on a Sunday evening. Do not arrive hungry or thirsty on a Sunday at this hotel. There were only two staff visible within the entire hotel.

We had a marvellous Deluxe room on the top floor and it really was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a spacious, modern bathroom and a nice view. Breakfast was great, too, with most things apparently home-made (breads, jams, etc.). The staff were professional, helpful and discreet. As others have already said, the lack of English-language tv channels (and Italian, for my husband) and the rather high costs of everything, including breakfast. Our bedroom windows were also rather dirty, which was a pity, given the lovely view. Slippers in the room would have been nice.

Very nice receipt and check in TV receival was very bad. Unworthy the hotel. Toiletpaper, The roll to use and the spare roll were together hardly three quarters of a full roll. This is very unpleasant when you don't feel well. Towel of a former guest was still in the bathroom. The ventilation grids in the ceiling were not clean.

Great Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel. Large rooms, large bath room. Very close to city centre. We had to pay for parking, this was announced.

Comfortable, spacious and well-planned room. Attentive staff. Excellent food in restaurant. The room would benefit from brighter lighting. The cleaners need to clean behind the toilet door!

Chambre agréable et tranquille dans un lieu atypique et à proximité du centre ville. La décoration de la salle du restaurant est agréable mais la restauration qui se veut de qualité est chère sans apportée de réelle découverte. Cuisson non maitrisée, innovation sans intérêt en conclusion à éviter.

Qualité de l'accueil établissement militaire très bien restauré en hôtel mais reste son caractère originel Prix très excessif coûts prohibitifs des autres prestations manque d'un plus dans le petit équipement dans la chambre (pas de bouilloire,par exemple)

Amabilité du personnel, service impeccable, commodités en général (excepté tv), calme et cadre (environnement verdoyant, cadre historique, insonorisation), proximité centre-ville. (( appareil tv restrictif: impossible de brancher hdmi depuis pc- portable; écran petit par rapport à l'annonce? ))

Le plaisir d'un hôtel récent où tout est bien agencé. Surclassement dans une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Petit déjeuner cher pour la variété de choix proposée. Hôtel trop cher par rapport aux prestations (pas de fitness, piscine, spa) dans une ville dont la réputation touristique n'est pas encore établie.

Das Auto stand gut geparkt. Die Innenstadt mit allen Geschäften war sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen Nur dass das Speiselokal am Samstag mittags geschlossen war.

Mal chauffé, bar tenu par un personnel peu satisfait d'accueillir le client. Pas bonjour, reste derrière le bar le nez dans on ne sait quoi. Room service hors de prix et une demie champagne au mini frigo à 45 euros! Bruit de moteur électrique dans notre chambre.

Hotel Moderno , bem localizado e bem decorado , silencioso , vista para o parque , Pessoal Receptivo , sorridente , atencioso . Quarto Moderno So nao gostei de uma coisa = tinha "bagagista" , mas quando chegamos , ninguem se apresentou e tivemos que carregar nossas malas sozinhos ate o quarto . Na saida do Hotel , veio um bagagista para carregar da Recepçao ate o carro . Mas sumiu e tive que depois carregar minha Caixa de 12 garrafas de vinho sozinho ate o carro . Ou Tem Bagagista ou nao tem . mas preguiçoso Nao !!!

L'espace généreux, l'accueil, le confort, le calme Pas de bibliothèque, wc dans salle de bain, pas de quoi poser ses affaires et ses vêtements dans la salle de bain, déco mode et anecdotique, déçu de ne pas retrouver l'identité du bâtiment à l'intérieur.

De ligging van het hotel, dicht bij het centrum. Goede badkamer en aparte wc. Zeer smal tweepersoonsbed. Erg donkere kamer, ook als de verlichting aan was. Het eten in het restaurant viel tegen voor een restaurant met 1 Michelinster
