Clean, good location at a nice price. The room was perfect for our needs.

Small room, but what do you expect for such a good price?

Off street which reduces noise. Quaint but needs a bit of updating... The old fashioned lift.

    Beds too small

The staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances

The location was really bad, no parking near the motel, had to park in a public underground carpark down the street and drag our luggage through the crowded street, we had to pay for the parking on top if the price, VERY noisy, hardly slept, very old and outdated, terrible

The room was a standard triple room and it was quite small but we only stayed one night. No balcony attached to the room but the hotel has a wonderful outside garden which we enjoyed in the evening. Close to everything!

Location and garden were beautiful. Very convenient for parking and access to all that we wanted to see

Extremely hot days with no air conditioning. Needed to leave door of room open to get any fresh air. Barely enough room to open bathroom door beside the bed. Was ok for a one night stay but would have moved if stay had been longer

The crystal hotel has an old world charm with period features and a homely atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and friendly and all appear to speak good English. In good weather there is a very pleasant garden where you can sit and read or just absorb the atmosphere.

    nothing.

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel is on a crowded street with tons of restaurants and shops but the building itself is set back from the bustle through a walkway with a private courtyard in front. The staff was very nice and courteous.

The room was a little hot without AC, but the windows allowed for a pleasant breeze.

Nice and quiet although central, off a busy street: beautiful secluded entrance courtyard with breakfast. Shame we were only there one night. Cheaper parking available through the concierge (in the city's multistory car-parks)

Excellent location in the heart of Reims, close to numerous restaurants and bars but set back enough that noise won't disturb you. Comfortable room , a bit old fashioned/tired but clean. Breakfast was self service but with ample choice and quite decent. Overall very good value for mmoney.Would stay again.

the quaintness. Typical boutique hotel. Set away from high street making it quiet. Lovely garden setting to have a drink and breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for the staff

Bed was a bit small and the room could have been a little bigger. But would still recommend

This lovely hotel is set off from a busy street of restaurants by a small corridor that opens into a lovely garden courtyard, and makes it very quiet. The room was very nice with big windows opening on the courtyard. Staff was friendly. Close to everything and just across the street from the train station which was really nice!

Don't skimp on pillows and could use a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The shower doors stuck and it was really annoying to have to get a new password for the wifi EVERY day. No air conditioning and on a very hot day, the windows brought no relief.
