THe hotel was as convenient as it was described when I made my booking. It was just 5 minutes from the station across a pedestrianised square. It was convenient for shopping - everything I needed was with in walking distance. THe staff were very helpful with information I needed to make my stay most comfortable. The reason for my trip to Arras was to visit first a WW1 cemetry looked after by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. I accomplished my visit to the rural location with the help of the staff. I would be happy to return to that hotel. |

Great central location. Access to battlefields (Vimy and the Somme), walk to city centre. Staff were warm, friendly and very accomadating! Only thet there should be coffee and tea maker in the rooms. It was inconvenient to have to get up and go out for moning coffee and tea. |

A somewhat old fashioned hotel with the ambience and furnishings of a bygone age. Well situated, close to the station and within easy walking distance of the centre of Arras. Useful base for touring the local area particularly the Somme battlefields of the First World War. Breakfasts were disappointing - there was little variety and a meagre choice. Tea and coffee were obtainable from flasks. There was nothing to encourage me to eat there in the evenings. |

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Satellite television and wireless internet are available free of charge. There was no bar and no evening restaurant facilities. Breakfast was limited to a Continental style and the fruit was tinned. |

Huge well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, lovely bathrooms, breakfast was reasonable, very close to centre of Arras , convenient for the station, easy to park in square, handy for Wellington Quarry historical site. Enjoyed our stay. Public rooms very nicely appointed. |

The room was both a good size and it was well fitted. The cleanliness was good. The reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not included, which given the rate paid, I would have hoped it would be. The dining area at the hotel hardly seemed to be used at all during either the evening meal or at breakfast time. |

Nice building. Rooms elegant if slightly faded. The principal receptionist (male) was taciturn and unhelpful, though we did also encounter a female receptionist who was bright and cheerful. |

Good central location. The restuarant & bar was not open during our 3 night stay. This was not made known to us when we booked. I think for a 4* hotel it is fair to expect on-site resturant & bar services. |

The staff were very friendly and the room quite sizable for the price. Very convenient location to the train station but a short walk from the city center. The breakfast was also decent for the price. |
