We had the nicest room we have ever had in a hotel at this price (and more). The two young women we dealt with at the front desk were lovely and deserve to be noted for their friendliness and helpfulness.

We took a family room which was very spacious, well furnished in quality furniture, very comfortable triple king bed! Plus two singles. Bathroom modern and spacious too. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast very reasonable with great Earl Grey tea!

I specifically booked this hotel for the resaurant I wanted my friend and I to have a gourmet meal so we paid a premium price for the hotel and they had closed the restaurand I could have saved at least 70 euros by staying at the premiere class which we did for the following 2 nights I felt swindled

The hotel is certainly past its glory days but the staff were very welcoming and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Although there was free Wifi, the signal was too weak for us to use our computer.

Everything about this hotel is extremely good, from the friendly welcome on arrival at reception, to the good service and quality of food in the hotel resteraunt. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The fact that staff are also able to speak English is a bonus, if guests are not all that fluent in French. All things considered, a first rate hotel and staff, and will notb hesitate to stay again.

Location Our bed hade been made up with unwashed sheets. Only one towell. When we complained we were given clean sheets and asked to make up the bed ourselves as only one member of staff on duty. Restaurant closed.

First impressions - the welcome was very friendly - in English too. The city of Arras' history and locality near to the Vimy Ridge site was perfect for our tour of First World War sites. The food served, and the service provided was excellent. It was all topped off when, visiting Arras rugby club for their first home game of the season, to be once again welcomed by their friendly Hotel staff (David). Future visitors should check on availability of dinner on Sunday evening in Arras. Not all Hotels and Restaurants are open on Sundays.

Having arrived on the train I liked the fact that the hotel was only a couple of minutes walk across the square from the railway station. The staff were helpful and very friendly and spoke good English too. My room was very good, large and had a good view across the square. The room, bathroom and toilet were cleaned every day and were absolutely spotless.

Nice big room and very convenient to the train station The breakfast wasn't good. They say it's available till 10.30 however when we arrived at 9.30 there was nothing left! The staff were more interested in cleaning up and made no effort to see if we needed anything. A poor end to an otherwise happy stay

Location, large comfortable family room, uk tv channels, clean and well equipped. Close to war memorials - we would recommend vimy which has a free tour of trenches. A bit pricey and expensive breakfast, but in our view well worth it and made a nice end to the holiday.
