The location was ok, if you are a tourist, its not a long walk to the Arc of Triumph. And the metro station is two blocks from the hotel. The facilities where excellent, new bedrooms, big bathrooms. Very clean. Really nice staff.
Wi-Fi wasn't strong on the upper floors
The hotel is near a metro station, several supermarkets, two self service laundries and several other shops. The staff was very friendly and glad to help with whatever was needed.
The hotel is a bit cramped.
Location for meeting. Decent area, new to me. Close to Metro.
Breakfast choice limited. Triple room, no 107, had various levels an a very small WC! which required a sideways performance!
I liked everything in this hotel ! very kind personal.
The elevator is small, but it`s normal in Paris!
Really friendly staff, make you feel welcome. Convenient location near an M3 tube station, so Les Halles is only 20mn away.
Need of complete refurbishing. Bathrooms are kind of jurassic type. Wifi is only partly free (good for emails). Value for money would still rate 'good' at 60-70€ . At 100€ its only 'fair' or poor.
Hotel room was really dirty. I took several cockroaches everyday in a room and bathroom. The hotel staffs were also aware of this fact, but they did not accept it so I made a photo and movie clip to show them. If you want I can send you this photo and movie clip. I could not change the hotel because of booking rule. And I could not eat in a hotel due to the dirty. The room was really small so I could not open the bag properly. There was just small two Lighting that was not able to distinguish the color of clothes. They do not clean the room. They just changed the towel and empty the trash. They did not even change the bed cover during my stay in 7 days. I could not image how this kind of dirty hotel could be in the world.
You must get your wifi signal sorted out i was barely about to use it and when i went to the man at customer service he said there was nothing he could do, this was the only bad thing!
Price was affordable for the area it was situated in
Mildew on the wall very small bedroom, poor internet, could not receive visitor in the room, the lift did not work all the time i had to go 4 flors with my 60Kgs suitcases...definatelly not a great experience
The best hotel in all Paris. Very friendly staff, not far from metro, quiet qwartier.
Walking distance to the shuttle for Beauvais airport.
Close to the underground
Staff were great. Location was actually pretty good - easy to get to and from.
Facilities let staff down (phones not working when I stayed), may need to take fabreeze for weird smell in room I just used aftershave.
The hotel was a bit shabby. Work was going on at the same time as my stay. the rooms were tiny and despite making repeated requests for something to be done about the room, nothing was done. Staff could have been more helpful.
Nice place. Some of the staff really kind and helpful. Good, safe neighbourhood, close to the metro station.
The hotel started its renovation works without special notice. The rooms are like after disaster. The internet connection is awful. Acceptable network speed is not free. The staff is friendly but does no understand that open sockets are really dangerous.
Every think was very good
Location is near to Metro station. Staff is very much co-operative. Internet connection good.
Bathroom is very small. Room was hot in summer as there is neither AC or Fan in room.
location, kind and helpful people, good price
I would like a fridge in the room
location is great
There is a smell in the walk way and room. There is lot of noise.
The area with all the restaurants.
Rooms are very, very, ultra very small. In the night (4.30) noisy collcting of lingerie/washings in hall. Dangerous in and out the bathtub. Noisy corner of the street. Way too expensive (euro 120), real value 40-60.
Attitude of the staff
The girls at the acception are not very friendly. It is said that the French people don't like to speak English, but if you are providing the service in a hotel.......
