Quarto espaçoso, com banheiro completo.

Cobraram o valor da estadia em dinheiro na chegada (como de costume) e depois descontaram o valor de novo pelo site do booking.com. Ainda estamos tentando reaver a cobrança indevida de volta.

A recepcionista cambojana foi maravilhosa. Para quem quer um hotel para dormir depois de um dia de visitação e acesso rápido aos locais da cidade, este hotel se encaixa perfeitamente na escolha. Duas estações de metro bem pertinho - menos de 2 minutos de caminhada- cama boa, roupa limpa. O café da manhã também está dentro do que é oferecido em outros estabelecimentos e com um preço muito melhor.

Diria que a única falta que senti no hotel foi de um refrigerador. Também não recomendo para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de locomoção devido o chuveiro ser dentro da banheira.

A localização

Não tem elevador e viajávamos com idosos. Foi muito constrangedor e por pouco não mudamos para outro hotel, aliás só não mudamos porque estava pago e teríamos um custo adicional não previsto em nossa programação financeira! O site não informa a inexistência de elevador e é uma falha grande!

None of my complaints were sorted. E.g I had water constantly leaking into my bathroom, and I was told its been sorted when I got back, but I realised it was still leaking even more. The bathroom smelt of urine, and there are a few other issues.

The friendly young staff that seem always ready to listen to clients. The cleanliness, the area in which hotel was located, a very calm area in heart of city, so close to a main metro station. I honestly enjoyed my short time stay.

The staff is very friendly, specially the girl who's in the reception during the morning. She was very cute (as a person and physically :p). They're all willing to help you in whichever doubt you have about the city. The room, even though is not fancy, is enough for what it is used: to sleep. I don't have any complains. It was clean, it had enough space for my stuffs, the heater of the shower worked perfectly. The zone is surrounded by supermarkets and cheap restaurants, close to a metro line that goes straight to the center of Paris and a post office for those who send postcards. The price was just the best one we could find. I mean, if I divide what I paid for me and my partner, I'd end up with a price of 25€ per night. That's insanely good. Thank you D'Anjou.

The wi-fi. It was free, unlike what everyone says in the other comments and in the description. But, it was a redunkulous crap. I'm sorry, but I think, out of my 3 nights there, I got a total of 30 min of wi-fi because it was always prompting some kind of error. However, you don't go to a hotel to surf the web. So, I don't see this as a huge con. I tried to use wifi in pubs or mcDonalds, etc

Situated between two metro stations and three supermarkets.

The heating was not working (the person at the reception desk seemed to know about it but did nothing). The walls were thin and you could hear the people in the next room using the bathroom (so not soundproof as they advertise). The bathroom was very small. The towels had a strange smell (couldn't describe what that smell was).

Close to Parking Pershing where shuttle bus to Paris Beauvais Tille Airport is located.

Not very clean, but tolerable. Hotel seems to be made of wood, so you might hear people walking. Metro runs right underneath the hotel.

The hotel was located in a nice area. It's not downtown like we thought, but it was near a beautiful mall, the subway wasn't that far either. Also the price was pretty good. Location and price was the only good.

We had to stay there just for a night. Our mainstay was in another hotel further out and we needed an extra night cause flying the next day was much cheaper. We decided to go with a cheap hotel. and we picked this one. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were better. The problem was that it was not that clean. That's all you need out of a cheap hotel I guess. There was a particular smell everywhere you didn't feel you were staying somewhere clean. We didn't mind that much because it was just 1 night but if it was more we'd be horrified. So for anyone thinking to book this hotel as their main stay in Paris I'd advise against it. Find something a bit better. This is only good for a night or 2 max... that's my advice.

The place needs refurbishment. The corridors are really tight.

Proximity to Metro stations and the centre of Paris. Plentiful hot water in bathroom.

Room and bathroom were tiny and very shabby.The shower had cracked tiles .Strong smell of air freshner (unsure what it was masking!!) Curtain didn't close. When asked for this to be fixed, we were told to put a chair against them!! On two days we were left with just one towel between us but were given another when complained. No face towels given.Plumbing very noisy, could hear shower/toilet flush from all rooms!!Had to ask at reception for remote control (only had a few!!)

1. Receptionist (specially lady) working in the evening shift was very rude. She asked to pay the full amount even before entering into room. She refused to show us room. We had no choice but to pay and stay in this hotel 2. very small size room

Very nice staff. Very helpful. We were there 5 days its a very good location very close to a metro station and a 30 min walk of sahns elyze.

The wifi was not free.

It was clean and in an extremely safe neighbourhood with amazing food establishments, supermarkets and open markets (Sunday markets) all around! By car, all of Paris's major attractions can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

The carpets could be a little cleaner - I wouldn't recommend walking around the room barefoot. And the lift is extremely claustrophobix, so I took the stairs everyday.

Wir hatten eine Doppelzimmer, das zur Strasse gelegen war. Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen zu klein. Eine Person musste ins Bett gehen, damit sich die 2. Person bewegen konnte.

It's a good hotel for this category!

Unfortunately, there is no single reason to say that I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Even the hotel is a nonsmoking one, it was clear that in the room somebody smoked, and the hotel staff is using a lot of cheap air-freshner spray to cover it; the bathroom door was broken and not closing;no remote control for the TV; the sheets from the bed were dirty;bathroom not very well cleaned When I complained the receptionist all these she said that the hotel is full and no other room available and she offered me more air freshner spray All I have to say is that it was one of the most disgusting rooms I ever slept (and payed almost 100 Euro/night)...so never go there.

Great Location.

This Hotel Staff are not very Customer Centric. I made my requirements very clear with my booking. They decided to ignore it even when I arrived at the hotel. It was a simple request of getting a room on top floor away from the traffic. They did not even attaempt to check availibility at top floor. The hotel is very noisy!! We could n't sleep while we were at the hotel because of the noise.We could hear all the noise in the passage, from the room above, when the toilets were flushed in other rooms, when the showers were in used in other rooms. Even with the windows locked, you could hear the cars passing during the night. On top of it we had noisy neigbours who were very loud, even at 04h00 am. We reported all above twice on the 1st night, at +/-23h00 and +- 04h00. The lady at reception told me to tell the other guest to keep quiet while the guy could not do much at 04h00. He was tae least apologetic. The guy on the next shift at 09h00 on the second day was very arrogant. I discontinued to stay at the hotel. I moved to a different hotel in same area and had avery nice/pleaseant experience. We will never stay nor recommend this hotel!! Booking.com must be carefull that hotels like these do not damage their reputation.
