Location, staff were very helpful. Room was lovely.

Great location, convenient for shops and park area. Polite and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable.

Shower poor. Very weak water flow. Breakfast on first morning a shambles. A large party had been for breakfast early and had cleared the buffet. All tables had not been re-laid, remnants of cold coffee, no bread no croissants no preserve no cutlery no crockery in fact nothing! I complained and had the charge for breakfast (13 euros) removed from my account. The assistant manager, Mr Romain Pierrois, did leave a note in our bedroom apologising with a few biscuits on the fridge. However, a hotel of this size and stature should not get caught out in this way, as they knew the numbers in the hotel. Second morning, breakfast was fine.

Location

This hotel has lots of character. It is decorated beautifully, and is very classy. The rooms were a good size (the superior room was big and spacious) and were nicely decorated and had the usual facilities including tea and coffee. The hotel was centrally located, 5 mins walk from the center of the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly and could give advice about parking and the town. I would definitely definitely stay here again.

The hotel was difficult to drive to and park. We passed the hotel and got lost for 20 minutes. Directions to the parking garage before arrival would have been helpful. After we spoke to the front desk the garage was not hard to find.

On m'a donné une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout a la chambre que j'avais réservé, bien inférieur au critère proposé.

J'ai appelé dans l'après-midi pour avertir d'une arrivée tardive et on ne m'a pas prévenu de la difficulté à se garer et de l'existence d'un parking, résultat j'ai galéré (après 8 h de route ça craint), ensuite je suis aller dîner et au moiment de payer il a fallu remonter dans ma chambre car on avait oublié de me dire que ce n'était pas la même caisse, le matin il a fallu que je demande du lait chaud (il n'y avait pas de thermois de lait chaud). Je ne suis pas un râleur mais ça fait beaucoup. Par contre le personnel est charmant.

L'amabilité du personnel de l'accueil et la mise à disposition ( payante) d'un garage. En plein centre, il est impossible de stationnes ailleurs.

Inaccessibilité en voiture, pas d'arrêt possible devant l'hôtel. Parking a l'opposé de l'hôtel à 5 minutes a pied et en plus il est payant. Pas de pain frais ni de viennoiserie au petit déjeuner. des biscottes ! Déco vieillissante.

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les chambres

Hotel très bien situé en centre ville, batiment historique avec beaucoup de cachet. Très bien pour des visites de chateaux dans la région .

La première chose dans cet établissement,on vous demande de payer, ensuite on peut éventuellement espérer être servi ... Mais rien n'est moins sur ! Un exemple, pas moyen d'avoir le chauffage dans la salle de séminaire, "C'est central et ce n'est pas en marche ...!" Nous avons travaillé avec notre veste ! Prestation inacceptable pour un soit disant 3 étoiles.
