Best hotel staff I've seen. They come across as genuine and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Location is great.

The bedding is decent, but could have been more comfortable. The room decor is starting to look a bit tired.

The staff at Hôtel D'Aubusson were incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife went on our honeymoon and enjoyed the level of service provided and the attention to detail by the staff. The hotel room itself was clean and very comfortable. The staff kindly allowed my wife a very late check-out as she was not feeling well on our last night and we were leaving Paris late. They also kindly had a complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival! All-in-all my wife and I have found our new Paris getaway hotel - excellent value in a beautiful setting.

Hot water didn't last long enough to allow my wife to run a warm bath.

They have free wifi but it's slow and you have to keep signing in. It's useless really.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good with plenty of cafes, bars and bistros close by.

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel d'Aubusson! Everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and reservations, and ideas about places to go and itineraries for each day. The hotel was warm and lovely and the location was fantastic--half a block from the Seine, close to the Louvre and Notre Dame. I can't wait to go back!!!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The attentive staff (including the gift of a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our honeymoon); the decor; the comfort of the bed, which was super. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, as were the public areas; it was an inviting and delightful hotel in which to stay.

We just returned from our first visit to Paris and stayed here based on the recommendation of my sister, who had stayed here previously. It was the highlight of our trip to Paris! Very professional, elegant, and comfortable. We had looked at a couple of other hotels nearby and dropped in to inspect them while there. We definitely made the right choice with Hotel D'Aubusson!!!!!

The Hotel was in the middle of best quality places, restaurants. It has already great hang out cafes in it. The jazz and the garden were beautiful.

The hotel is not flexible about check-in and check-out hours. We wanted early check-in and late check-out. I was already written an e-mail before my trip. They told me that we will consider but when we arrived they did not note that.

We loved the location, hard to beat. The staff was very helpful.

We did not like the room, it is very outdated, old dirty carpet. The electrical needs to be updated, most of the plugs go out when the lights are turned off which is very inconvenient. You can hear the band in the bar on the 2nd floor in your room.

Superb staff could not do more for you in terms of support for your stay. Royce and Audrey were particularly excellent in there endeavors to make our staff perfect. Wonderful hotel all round..

Wonderful staff. Very quiet, Comfortable room. Lovely public spaces. Lively jazz bar. Great San Germaine location.
