This hotel is just a quarter mile from Rue de Bac Metro Station and less than half a mile from the Musée D’Orsay.

This hotel is located a 15-minute walk from Saint-Germain-des-Près and 20 minutes from the Musée d’Orsay. Some of the rooms include stained-glass windows and marble fireplaces.

In the heart of a chic and secure district of Paris, a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, this beautiful hotel is entirely air-conditioned in the summer and it features a small inner garden and 30...

In central Paris, Villa Mazarin is just a 2-minute walk from the Pompidou Centre in the Marais district. It features neo-imperial style rooms and free Wi-Fi access.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a "junior suite", which was wonderfully spacious, and very characterful (being up in the eaves). A delight to be somewhere other than a boring "corporate box" of a hotel. 2 minutes to the Musee D'Orsay, 10 minute walk to the wonderful Chateauform meetings venue nearby, and 10 minutes in the other direction to the Seine and great views of the Eiffel tower. Very helpful staff on check-in.
Steep stairs for the last little access could be a problem, especially with suitcases...but worth it for the lovely room. Only one tiny design fault....there was no access to a mirror with enough light to do make-up (or indeed, for a man to shave, I guess). The lovely old wardrobe made up for this, though.
The location of the hotel is convenient for getting around Paris, either on foot or metro. Wonderful little cafes nearby make it easy to have a good dinner without having to go too far, especially if it's raining or cold. My small room was very efficient, comfortable and spotless, with a great bathroom and hot water immediately. The hotel staff is professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming.I'm looking forward to my next stay at the Hotel d'Orsay.
location is good just right back of d'orsay museum so theres no noise at night. front desk can speak english quiet well,no need to worry communication its really relieved.cause you know its Paris!
i live on the 2nd floor can hear people pass by in the morning when its office hour.
Great hotel, great location, great facilities, fantastic staff
The location was good, the staff were friendly, it was comfortable and clean. There was also no noise to be heard from other rooms, which is always a plus from us!
We had to take the lift to the 5th floow, then down and up some stairs to get to our room. This would be highly inconvenient or impossible for people with mobility problems. We also had a smell of sewage coming from our shower, however we did not mention it until we vacated the room as we only stayed for 2 nights. Also, we were not provided with clean towels on the second day which we had expected.
Fantastic location which is quiet but yet within walking distance to all the major Paris tourist attractions (Eg. D'Orsay Museum, The Louvre, even Notre Dame Cathedral). Hotel is newly refurbished and rooms are clean and comfortable.
The age of the building gave me a slightly eerie feeling.
1. Location 2. Helpful personnel 3. Room size 4. Large bathroom
1. Long wait for the room-service 2. Poor room-service

It was a very small room
The young ladies who greated us were wonderful. They both spoke english well enough to really be helpful. A wonderful stay. Even though the room was small, the bathroom was updated and modern.
Room was quite small for the price. Suggest upgrading to next class of room.
Brilliant hotel, happy staff, awesome location, great facilities. Close to multiple metro stations so it's super easy to get around.
Had breakfast buffet on first day, was delicious, but breakfast room atmosphere was a bit flat. Realised only the elderly patrons would have breakfast there and much better off finding a cafe nearby.
This is a lovely hotel in an ideal location to walk to the Musée d'Orsay and a slightly longer walk to Les Invalides and Auguste Rodin museum. Access the Latin Quarter via the Metro at d'Orsay and it's an easy walk across the bridge over the Seine to Le Louvre. Lots of cafés and restaurants in the area. Excellent and obliging staff too.
An option of down/feather pillows as well as the resident synthetic ones would have been nice.
Location was walking distance to Orsay and Louvre. Rick Steves pick - bus route # 69 had 2 bus stops close to hotel. Took the bus to Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and train station for a day trip to Versailles. Room was spacious for our family. Staff was very friendly and arranged for van pick up at the airport - made it so easy!
the friendly staff, central location and good breakfast.
The lift is so small you can hardly fit a big suitcase in there.
the staff was very very friendly and helpful, specially we are talking about Paris, but they compete with north American service. we did not step into any transportation in the first 3 days !!!!! because everything is in a walking distance (if you did not walk in Paris ... you did not visite Paris)
Very nice hotel, with all the facilities. Close from all the important monument and la seine. Love it.
Everything and everyone was wonderful. The room was a nice size and always clean. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was very nice. I stayed here 25 years ago and hope to return again much sooner. It was a delight.
Location and room yet sorry there was no room accomodating couple and 2 children and were forced to take 2 rooms.
No working wifi in room
Location to rail/metro travel Staff were very helpful Rooms were large and airy and plenty of storage space
A recommendation for a nearby restauraunt which turned out to be a disaster.
Acknowledgement of my previous stay. Well appointed room. Free Wi Fi
Fridge not working. Took two days to remedy the situation.
Location was waking distance to all the major sights and to bustling saint germaine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was big and clean and room a good size. Would book again on another trip to Paris.
Nothing to not like.
Really comfortable bed great location
This was 7th time I have stayed at Hotel D'Orsay Since my last visit in 2010 it has been upgraded from 3 star to 4 star status While it is still excellent I feel it has lost it's real charm and now it's just another hotel I miss the lovely floral drapes and bedcovers and feel no need for bathrobes turndown and chocolate and 3 people on reception instead of one
Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Calm and central hotel.
The size of the elevator- it's "minuscule" but who cares :)
Nice quiet hotel. Location is superior!!
We liked the fact that the hotel was in a good location for all the sight seeing musts. Staff were excellent nothing too much trouble.
Bed could have been more comfortable .
