Estaba fatal, muy viejo. Llegamos a 22h y ya estaba cerrado asi que nos dieron un digicode, entramos por la puerta de atras y las llaves de la habitacion estaban en un sobre. Por tanto si hubiéramos tenido algun problema no habia nadie para atendernos. Estaba muy ma situado, lo elegimos por estar cerca de la estacion pero dentro del centro pero era muy mala zona. Por la noche hubo peleas en la calle y gente hablando a gritos. Por la manhana el servicio y los huespedes del hotel empezaron a hacer ruido desde las 8 de la manhana y se escuchaba como si estuviesen dentro de la habitacion |

que está muy centrico, puedes ir a pie por todo el centro de Rouen, por la zona mas antigua llena de casas normandas y cerca de la catedral. |

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y se puede ir andando a la zona turistica de rouen (el casco viejo). El personal es cordial y colaborador. El hotel necesita renovarse de forma urgente. Las habitaciones no se corresponden con la imagen. El mobiliario es muy viejo y esta deteriorado.Las habitaciones necesitan climatizacion. |

Location was great, staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had no trouble parking nearby (had to feed a meter for a couple of hours) but there is a carpark close by as well. Everything within walking distance in Old Town. |

Great location in quiet, pedestrianised street. Pleasant owner in process of updating rooms. Breakfast fine. Bathroom needs updating more than room needs redecorating. |

We found an extremly kind owner of the hotel always ready to help us or give us some good sugestion. The hotel has an excellent position in the ciy centre. Ideal for people which like an old style hotels instead mega hotels. |

The lady at reception was very helpful - hotel nice and clean. Served our purpose well. Breakfast very expensive 11 Euros and not worth it at all. No real atmosphere in hotel, very small with no bar/restaurant |

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. Prefer it had A/C. But it was unusually hot for the region and the staff was able to produce fans, which made it passingly comfortable despite the weather. |

The hotel was simple and clean and the staff were friendly The car park entrance/exit is so tight we damaged our car getting in and out. If you have anything bigger than a small car dont use the car park. |

The location is excellent--close to restaurants, city center, major attractions, laundromat and grocery store. The lobby is modern and renovated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no night staff on duty during the two nights of our stay. After 10:00 pm we had to enter the back door of the hotel using a security code. On our last night there were very noisy people in the room across the hall and there was no security to call for assistance. We were kept up by noise most of the night. Also the wifi did not extend into our room. The hotel information suggested that internet was available from our room and it was only available in some rooms and the lobby. |

good location in walking distance to shops and sights. room nicely decorated in period style desk clerk was not helpful concerning getting a taxi to train station. our party had to walk/run to station and barely made the train. clerk could have told us the station was only a ten minute walk before we waited an hour for the taxi so we could have made the walk in a leasurely manner. |
