Joe, ejeren var meget hjælpsom og gav konstruktiv information. Skøn lille have til at indtage morgenmaden. Enkelt og ligetil.

Værten er fantastisk sød og hjælpsom. Værelserne er ok til prisen og skinnende rene. Vi vender gerne tilbage.

Rolig beliggenhed med tæt adgang til strand og bus. Gåtur til centrum ca 20 min.

Der er ikke noget køleskab eller aircondition, men det siger måske mere om vores magelighed, eller pengepung.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Shower pathetic

Rooms are quite small and ascetic. Showers are designed awkwardly, if one does not keep the shower curtain inside the shower the whole room floods

A bit noisy (wall is too thin). 20 mins walk from Nice old town. But basically it's acceptable distance with bus transportation.

for the price nothing

The hotel has a great location to reach to the cost and the city. The owner Joe and his wife were very nice and helpful. We stayed at room number 7. The room was good and comfortable. It was nice to get relaxed but we prefer french bed instead of 2 single. We reserved parking place so, we did not have any problem with parking. There is SPAR grocery market nearby so, you can find anything to eat, drink and etc. It's just 3 min. walking distance away. And also, it takes only 15 min. to reach all the restaurants area. We did not have any breakfast to find more options outside but the cost is 8 EUROS per person and it is fair. For sure, I would stay again if I ever go to Nice for the next time.

The room (maybe hotel) definetly needs a air conditioning and refrigerator and extra chair. The shower place (small bathtub) is narrow to get into and to turn around and of course to take shower.

Excellent location. Near to beach and bus stop. A fairly long but pleasant walk along the Promenade des Anglais to the old town. Friendly staff. Very clean.

The bathroom is very small with hardly any room to move, small shower and basin. The room is quite small as well.

It is close to the beach and bus station. A lovely guesthouse with a beautiful small garden.

The room was too small and the beds were too short. My feet were out of bed if I lay down straight as I am 165cm height. It might also because the pillow is too big.

only stayed one night but the hotel seemed very clean, professional and the staff were very friendly. WiFi was excellent - fast and could get throughout the room. TV in room wroked well and showers hot and powerful. Good lighting in the room. Room was however, basic - so if your looking for a romantic night away wouldn't reccomend! Bu if youw ant soemwhere comforatbel to stay with all the facilities you need for a reasonable price look no further. Don't expect a view!

A reasonable choice if you want to live in the centre of Nice and do not need luxury accomodation. A family-run hotel, cosy and clean, conveniently located within walking distance from the sea and Old Nice.

There was no air conditioner in our room. I'm not sure this is the case with all rooms in the hotel, but you should definitely check this before booking a room when the weather is hot. Also no minibar or refrigerator.

Friendly staff, clean room. Nice mini toiletries. No hair dryer in room but when we asked for one we got one in our room. Great little patisserie down the road called L'Amandine. Best quiche I've eaten in France and the best croissants. But go there early before it all sells out!

A little bit further to the shopping strip and old town than we expected, but still walkable. Double bed was short and my partner had his feet sticking off the edge of the bed. He is 185cm tall. Shower with a shower curtain and like other reviewers said, if you weren't careful you could flood the bathroom and bedroom. It was a little noisy sometimes as the floors are all tiled and walls are thin and noise echoed. You could hear the person in the next room showering or coming home and closing/banging the door or going to the shared toilet. I sleep with ear plugs though and couldn't always hear the noise with ear plugs in. Overall decent hotel but next time would stay somewhere closer to the old town.

It was the best family/small hotel I ever experienced. The reception couple were very friendly and nice. Our room is on the second floor facing the garden. The hotel is only 3-5 minutes' walk to the beach, 10- 15 minutes' walk to the crowded restaurants and shopping area. We had lovely breakfast in the garden. That was a wonderful 3-day vacation in Nice. We would definitely choose Danemark again!

The only two things I would say are the mosquitoes and noises from late night guests. From the second floor, their talking, laughing and car noise were pretty loud.

Hotel was located near the beach. The stuff was really kind and nice! Room and bath were large enough and cleaned. Not far from the city center, also bus station around the corner. I would stay again!
