the hotel is located in a quiet district, but it is not far from all important sightseeing places - like Negresco is 5 minutes walk, streets with restaurants and shops in 10-15 minutes walk, and the old city itself in something like 20 minutes walk. The taxi from the airport costs between 25 and 35 euros (depending on the taxi driver). The stuff is very helpful, the rooms are clean.

Nice familiar hotel ! perfecltly located: in town but silent and decent area - perfect buslink to airport and city centre - 3min. Walk to beach promendade - shops for food or coffee very close. Sympathatic owner >please don't be loud in night - your neighbours do hear everything!

Very good stay allround, made to feel very welcome. Owners have personal touch' speak English and very helpful. Rooms clean and compfotable. Very enjoyable.

Very very nice choice. The best hotel in my whole trip. Easy to find it from railway station. It is cozy and beautiful. We had the breakfast in the next morning under sunshine and in an opening garden in front of the hotel door. The hotel owner are very kind and nice. The room is clean and bathroom is in the room. The so called shared bathroom is only for toilet. 物超所值！ only three minutes walk to the sea, easy to get to any places even airport! Highly recommended!

The hotel was a bit hidden but if you have a gps wont be an issue. The rooms were super comfy and modern but with a small and quite slippery bath tub/shower. No a/c which would be an issue in the hotter mnths. Can be noisy outside during the night. We stayed 2 nights, 1st night was really noisy but 2nd night was really quiet. Location is awesome. 20 min stroll to the train station for a very simple train ride to Monaco. Also a beautiful walk to the promenade where there are lots of spots to eat and a nice stroll to the old part which is alive with restaurants. Good WiFi but had to pay for parking as it is a premium around Nice. Owners speak good english and were very nice

No A/C...and a dangerous small shower/bath...No elevator

Cleanliness, very nice and helpful staff, being at about a 5 minute walk away from the sea, being near to most bus lines, staying in the beautiful area of the Baumettes.

Rooms are a bit tiny,but it's no problem if you're not there most of the day.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, helped us with a lot of problems. The location good, although a bit far from the city centre, only 100 m away from beach.

The room is clean and tidy, but for a double room costing 65 euros per night, the room is too basic decorated. no air-condition, We don't even have a desk or a chair in our room. The bathroom has no ventilator, when we take a shower, the room is humid and uncomfortable

The owners were very lovely people and extremely helpful. It is a very neat and clean boutique hotel in a quite area with breakfast served in a pleasant outdoor courtyard where I was welcome to eat my bring home evening meal. the shared toilet facilities were clean and close to the room. Hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to a great little cafe for breakfast and lunch if necesary. the hotel is a little far away from the main Place Massena but well walkable along the interesting streets or Promenade Anglaise. Close to a Monoprix supermarche.

Great location, only 2 mins from the beach and 15 mins or so from the old part of Nice down the promenade. The room was great with nice decor and bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with city information.
