El dueño es muy gentil con el huesped. el baño muy chico, sin ventilacion, algo sucio, con olor a viejo!!! El hotel no tiene un facil acceso y esta no tan bien señalizado, sin un gps no lo encontras! |

Su situación cerca de la playa. Un dependiente simpático. Antiquísimo, habitación pequeña, encajonada e incómoda, limpieza pésima y colcha de la cama indecente. Ruidoso. Cuarto de baño inutilizable por viejo, sin colgadores de toalla y la ducha encharcaba la habitación. La categoría debía ser de un hostal y no de un hotel de dos estrellas. |

El personal es muy amable. La habitación doble con baño es ideal para pasar una noche en Niza. El desayuno en la terraza también bién y el coche lo pudimos dejar al lado del hotel sin ningún problema, ya que es una zona tranquila. |

Not big, but very-very nice hotel. Close to beaches, personal is extremely friendly, always ready to help you. I would like to make a present for my aunt and book this hotel for her this year or next year. include additional option - dinner/souper. |

Possibility to leave the luggage before check in and after check out without charge. Welkoming glass of orange juice. Very helpfull staff speaking very good English.Room was cleaned every day and the new towels were supplied. Very convinient location , close to the Promenade and away from the noise from the the centre nightlife. |

Easy to find, bus #23 direct from airport, only cost 1 euro and stops very close to hotel. Within walking distance of old town and castle, one road back from seafront. Staff excellent, very accommodating. Would definitely stay again, if I can afford to go back to Nice! |

Friendly and clean -- an excellent value for a budget price; good location: everything within walking distance, and one block from the beaches. The walls are thin, so the description of "quiet" really depends on the guests. |

Very nice location only 10 min from city center, 1 min to the beach. Free parking. The room is not the most modern one, but it was value for money. Very friendly and professional staff, polite and helpfull. |

The staff was very very nice and helpful. The location is great. Only 5 minute walk to beach and 10-15 min to old town. A quiet hotel on a quiet street. Nice little yard for breakfast. The room is very stuffy. I can handle no AC, but at least offer a ceiling fan for cooling off. there was a tiny (approx 15 cm. diameter) fan on a desk. You have to choose whether you want to use the fan or the TV, but not both at same time. Only one outlet in whole room. The bathroom (we had bathroom in our room) needs some renovations and smelled like mold after showering. |

The room was well sized. The bathroom was a tack on to the room. The shower was full of mould. There was no aircon in the room which was needed. |

The hotel was hot, the toilet was dirty, the room was extremely basic, some of our belongings went missing and we weren't compensated, there was building work going on inside the hotel which was very loud and disruptive, the rooms let in every sound from outside and it was difficult to find. |

Receptionist was fantastic. Really helpful guy, gave us a welcome drink when we got there and was very keen to help us out at every opportunity. He also had a sese of humour which was great. The room and hotel were very pleasant, the breakfast was fine. It was a bit of a walk from the beach which surprised us when we got there - it is advertised as right up close. This also wasn't compensated by being near to anything else. But it wasn't too bad. |

The staff was wonderful. We had arrived late in the evening and the gentleman was nice and welcomed us with a complementary juice drink and made sure we settled in well. He was very friendly to my husband and I and we appreciated his kindness after our long journey. The location of the hotel is good (a little tricky to find) and you pretty much get what you pay for, meaning it was very basic. |

Very reasonable price, proximity to the Promenade des Anglais, quiet area, very pleasant, obliging staff, later check-out time (12 midday), breakfast optional. Excellent for a short break. Our initial double room was very small and uncomfortable ( especially in view of extreme heat) but we had no problem changing to a bigger one with twin beds instead - our daughters' twin bedded room was an excellent size and very airy however. |
