Mycket trevlig personal och bra avstånd till strand/bad och centrala Nice. Rimlig standard för det priset vi betalade. Inget perfekt hotell, men personalen hjälpte till och vägde upp för det negativa. Passar om man stannar kortare tid än en vecka! Sängen och badrummet kunde varit fräschare, frukosten var snål med tanke på den extra avgift man fick betala (resten av dagarna köpte vi frukost på bageri - boulangerie - och åt vid stranden istället!). |

Trevlig ägare. Liten söt trädgård för t ex frukost. Mycket bra läge, nära centrum o havet, tyst o lugnt på nätterna. Tillmötesgående i prisförhandling pga nedanstående Lite stökigt med pågående renovering, Otur med översvämning pga det urkopplad elektricitet ett par dagar o reparationsarbete med nedsmutsning o extra städning som följd. El-bristen löstes så t ex ljus o hårtork fungerade ändå. |

The manager is very friendly and helpful. The location is on the far side of town but still an easy walk to the center and to the beach. It was quiet. |

The manager was very friendly & helpful, gave us good advice and made us feel very welcome. Good location- close to city centre, prominade, and station. Bathroom was very squashy but that's to be expected in France |

The hotel is difficult to find at first, but the place is quiet and very near the promenade des Anglais which is the key place in Nice.Besides, the manager is really helpful and polite. |

Flying with easy jet it lands in Nice after 21.30 and the bus to the hotel is bus 98 from either T1 or T2 it will cost 4 Euros for a one day pass (you will have to take this bus as the one Euro bus finishes earlier) from airport T1 it is seven stops you will need to look at the bus stops on route to request the bus stops at Grosso CUM/promenade. The stops are Airport T1, Airport T2, Nice parking,, Carras/promenade, Saint Helene/promenade, Fabron Musee of art Naif, Lenval/promenade, Magnan/promenade Grosso CUM/promenade This is your stop it takes about 15 minutes keep your eyes peeled for this stop on the bus shelters as you pass them. This is an excellent place to enjoy Nice night life as it is walking distance from the main night life and the SNCF train station (Nice Ville) to go on to Ventimiglia front, into, Italy and on to San Remo in the morning as we did (the train to Ventimiglia front from Nice Ville is 6.30 Euros for an adult) the Italian train from Ventimiglia front to San Remo is 1.90 Euros about £1.60 very easy to do. On you trip back to Nice you can visit Monaco or Monty Carlo , but you will Have to visit Seborga close to San Remo (take the bus from the station for 1.30 to Bordighera) a useful link http://www.booking.com/directions.en.html?id=115342028 Enjoy the trip you are in France and when in France. you know the rest. The man running the place was great - really friendly and cheerful and happy to help. The room was fine. It was a little noisy - thin walls meant people walking up and down stairs and shutting their doors was very loud in our room. The water was cold one morning, and turned off completely for a short while on one day which wasn't ideal but no big problem. |

They had fans in the rooms, which made for a great nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. No internet, no breakfast, no toilette in the room. |

It was central close to airport bus, beach and the city. Nice fresh breakfast As it was only one person working at the hotel, he often had to leave and the security didnt fellt so well. The guy who worked night time didnt speak a word of english |

Not big, but very-very nice hotel. Close to beaches, personal is extremely friendly, always ready to help you. I would like to make a present for my aunt and book this hotel for her this year or next year. include additional option - dinner/souper. |

Possibility to leave the luggage before check in and after check out without charge. Welkoming glass of orange juice. Very helpfull staff speaking very good English.Room was cleaned every day and the new towels were supplied. Very convinient location , close to the Promenade and away from the noise from the the centre nightlife. |

Easy to find, bus #23 direct from airport, only cost 1 euro and stops very close to hotel. Within walking distance of old town and castle, one road back from seafront. Staff excellent, very accommodating. Would definitely stay again, if I can afford to go back to Nice! |

Friendly and clean -- an excellent value for a budget price; good location: everything within walking distance, and one block from the beaches. The walls are thin, so the description of "quiet" really depends on the guests. |
