Everything about the staff , this place is the worst hotel in Paris
Location, especially if you want to be close to champs ellise. Staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi was good.
Elevator so small, max capacity of 2. Room so small, struggled to move around. Low value for money. No minibar in room.
Very small elevator and rooms Dirty reception area Area around is not too save
every thing was perfect, the staff the service and the location
no air condition
No air con
Breakfast and service.
I had first stayed at this hotel 15 years prior during a business trip. When planning my holiday I was aware that Paris hotels could be a bit nasty. Accordingly I decided to go with the hotel I had stayed at previously which I remembered was very close to the major attractions. The hotel was perfectly placed to act as a base to visit everything.
Didn't like the lift too much, which is very old and slow.
Great location near Champs Front desk was always nice and helpful Good value
The room was very spartan No A/C (but there was a fan)
A friend recommended this hotel because of the location. It was nasty. The room was tiny, the curtains stained, and the walls scuffed. There was a safe in the room but it was bolted to a small table that I moved in front of the door to add an extra sense of security at night. The bathroom was new, but the shower was too short my 5'9" tall daughter; her head rubbed the dusty ceiling of the shower. We had a reservation for 2 nights, but checked out after one night.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
The drain in the shower in room 204 was very slow and the shower nearly overflowed.
The location is quite good, close to the center, shops and underground
The rooms are dark, don't look neat and smell dust..
Location...the price was perfect for last minute travel..in case you just want spend the night in the room and roam around in Paris during the day...this hotel is good enough..and it did have English channels..
The bathroom was good but toilet was small..the have a new wallpaper but the carpet looks old..lighting can be a bit more bright
Can't open door to get in room. The room was so small that the door hits the bed when opening. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable
Great Location, Staff was very Helpful
No Air Conditioning, Rooms still had mechanical keys.
Proximity to champs élysées was great. Room small but clean hardly spent any time at all there so the comfort level was satisfactory
So noisy at night!!
The Location, the food.
The noisy street that the room was facing.
location mid sized room one of the person in the front desk was a cool person and really helped all the time.
no shampoo no services after I requested many times shampoo the girl in the front desk was angry with me several days making me feel uncomfortable 1 extremely tiny elevator no Air condition in the rooms no fridge in the rooms no ice in the hotel 1 small tv on room but no international channels and most of the channels are not open.
Location can't be beat.
First room I had was not renovated and did not have a safe. One of the reasons I choice this hotel was because of the option of a smoking room. No hotels in Paris have smoking rooms. This should be updated on the website.
The hotel is located close to Champs Elysee and train stations which makes it easy to travel. The wifi facilities is free and easy to use.
The hotel looks very different on the internet than in real life which was very disappointing, the entrance hall is old and tatty and the rooms and bathrooms are old, the street is also very noisy.
Everything else. The hotel is a disaster.
nearby city centre (Champ Elysse) walking distance to champ elysse and metro station
Breakfast was very simple. Only bread and buns
It's very close to the Champs Elysees. Luckily they allowed us to do an early check in with no wait time to get into the room. Staff was helpful and attentive. The money value was okay due to the location and since most hotels in Paris are expensive.
The shower was a bit awkward because the door didn't actually cover the whole shower.
The location was good
No AC and towels
