Se encuentra junto a la Playa, es centrico junto a la zona peatonal de Niza, facil acceso y diversas opciones de aparcamiento, servicios publicos. |

El precio, la ubicacion cerca de la playa, la facilidad para aparcar en la zona. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, recomendable para estar un par de noches maximo. |

lo mejor la localizacion; y no es dificil de localizar. El hotel no tiene parking, pero hay muchos parcamientos por as calles colindantes algo viejo el baño, pero nada importante |

Close to the beach The receptionist was rude when we checked-in, no sound proofing and there was alot of noise in the corridors at 3am and front door is very loud when closing and you could here it everytime it closed. |

If it wasn't for location, I think we would of gone up market. The room was very small, bed lumpy and TV on the blink. Not a terribly interesting area. Hotel staff were friendly. Don't get me started on car parking....better still leave the car at home. But that's not the hotel's fault, we were aware they didn't provide parking, but thought we could get something on the streets. Beware. |

The staff was pretty helpful and relaxed. The room was clean, although the furniture wasn't really 'modern'. The hotel is located very close to the beach and 15 min walk from the town center. The bus stop to the airport bus is 2 min away. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear every word of your neighbours. |

Close to the sea. A big bed. Nice stuff. Lights in the room and bathroom could be a bit more powerful to make more cosiness. |
