This hotel is in an excellent location. It is around the corner from the very vibrant Rue du Baci. The area between the Seine and the Boulevarde Saint Germain is excellent to explore and find wonderful shops and cafes. There are also many restaurants and cafes in Rue Dauphine and the surrounding streets so we had no trouble finding places to eat that were close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We also appreciated that the hotel allowed our small dog to stay with us (by arrangement). The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and the bathroom was very good and larger than expected. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.
The bed (a double) was a bit small although very comfortable.
Location location location
The WiFi is a disaster, router keeps resetting continuously
- Location - Staff - Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment, but I wouldn't stick to hotel breakfasts, just get yourself to a patisserie
As with almost every hotel in Paris, space is a premium and large rooms shouldn't be expected. If my partner was the kind of girl who takes an hour to get ready to leave the room, and liked to prance around trying outfits on then I think the size of the room could have been a problem, but for me it was fine.
The location was very good, the atmosphere was nice
Didn't like the small space between the bed and the wall
The location, I'm familiar with that part of Paris and it's close to the metro and shopping.
I was disappointed in the breakfast, I have stayed here before and they have cut back on the selections since I stayed here two years ago.
location, staff, quaintness
creaky doors, poor wifi, mediocre breakfast quality
excellent location. nice timber ceiling room; helpful staff;good modern bathroom;very quiet.
The facility was very nice and clean. The female owner was welcoming and enthusiastic. Rooms had nice bedding and good mattresses.
Hotel did not share wifi info at check in and info was not in the room. When asked for restaurant info the owner seemed a bit put upon but gave info. At check out getting change was a hold up everyone searching for cash. Such a wonderful hotel might be a bit more organized.
The charm of the hotel
Long wait for lifts, esp. when after 10 a.m. the cleaning staff were using the same lifts
Friendly staff, modern interiors, excellent location.
Depending on where your room is, you might have to tackle some stairs as the lift doesn't reach 'half' floors.
Perfect central location for accessing all neighborhoods and sites of interest. Accommodating staff and comfortable rooms although typically small. A great place for the price.
The location was perfect -- could get to everything easily. The staff members were so helpful -- a "shout out" to Najib, Ludwig, and Adrien, in particular.
staff so friendly - willing to help and accommodate any needs. Absolutely excellent location for central paris
sometimes the WiFi doesn't work so well - especially from 6-8 pm - bit spotty and inconsistent
I liked the location.
It was cold during our April stay and the décor in the tiny room was a grey lavender color... very depressing.. especially for the price. The coffee at breakfast tasted like instant coffee.
Excellent location, very comfortable beds
Breakfast croissants were disappointing!
location was brilliant
room faced into the courtyard so seemed a little gloomy as it was so dark. Could do with refurbishment.
Great location, clean, helpful staff, comfortable, 24 hour bar and reception
Restaurant around the hotel Quiet and safe
Room too small
Excellent help from staff on any topic Great location
Very small room with window looking at the yard (quite dark and with no view) has been given to me as a category "superior"
Location location location! comfortable beds - very clean
very small room - slightly claustrophobic and dark with little natural light
I thought the staff were first rate: friendly and helpful. The room was charming - small but perfectly decorated and very comfortable.
There was no Wi-Fi in the room. It was slightly awkward getting from the elevator to the room as we had to go up and down a flight of stairs with our suitcases - but these are minor complaints. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and the standard of facilities.
Tiny bedrooms, but the bathrooms were large enough.
Just one key for a double room very small room
Staff and location
Room 22 was much too small
