We were trying to catch RER line B to Charles de Gaule early in the morning, and it was well-situated (supposedly a 15-minute walk; 10 minutes by cab) for that purpose. The room was comfortable and adequate for our purposes; the staff was quite helpful. Not a very scenic neighbhorhood at all - probably wouldn't recommend the hotel, based on this factor alone. |

The gentleman at the desk in the evenings was incredibly helpful with any questions we had about our visit in Paris. The hotel has an elevator which is always a plus. The hotel was just a couple minutes walk from a Metro station. There was also a delicious and affordable Greek pizza and gyro place across the street from the station. The neighborhood did not feel safe at night. There was noisy construction in the morning right in front of the hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Room was plain. Hotel only has one crib so you won't get one if another guest with a child has already requested it. |

Hotel staff, breakfast and room were all good. Late booking included breakfast. Within walking distance (without heavy luggage) of Gare du Nord. Bedroom was a good size but onsuite although practical was very cramped. |

The hotel elevator was very good and efficient. Staff took good care of us, was quite friendly, and made sure that we could come and go easily - even with returns some times very early in the morning. Room was kept very clean. The lobby area was very nice and was a great place to store luggage while the room was being prepared upon our arrival. Both check-in and check-out were easy. There was street noise 24/7 from both construction outside the front of the hotel during the day and people and traffic noise at night. (Nothing the hotel management could do about this.) The bathroom was very small, and it was difficult to prevent getting the bathroom floor wet when taking a shower. There could have been some additional choices (e.g. fresh fruit) on the breakfast bar. |

3 min. walk to LaChapelle metro which is linked underground to La Gare du Nord. Staff was excellent, family owned it seemed. You could feel the effort they made. The area is very noisy, no AC so your windows must be opened. Room 204 faces the street. Those not familiar with an animated multicultural urban environment might be intimidated with all the action. Bathroom very small. |

The hotel is located near the Metro station so it is easier for tourist like me to travel around the diffierent famous sites of Paris. The bathroom of the hotel is quite small. |

The room was clean. It was relatively quiet probably due to the fact that it was not in a popular area. No english spoken and the secured 'hold baggage' area consisted of us leaving our luggage in the lobby. The bed was as hard as a rock. We were thirsty and couldn't even get a bottle of water and area is so remote that there was no stores at all to get water. |

Even though the room was small, it was big enough for a city stay. I would actually call it cosy. The room was spottless and also the bathroom, despite on the small side, was clean and looked after. Boulangeries are just around the corners so that we decided to get fresh breakfast outside the house every morning. During the week, it was a bit loud with builders of a nearby building site. |

Nice clean rooms, no nonsense. Close by the Chapelle metro station which is connected to gare du nord. very easy to get to the centre. Easy to find by car coming from the highway A1. parking facility for a fair price. You will hear your neighbours. |

i was threatened by the manager, as i have slight confusion about the payment, she threatened me of cops and while booking you told that the tariff for three days is 298 pounds whereas she demanded 350 pounds somehow we managed to pay the amount in euros, thats sick. i never expected the embarrasment which i had to face. |

the stuff was very polite and friendly there was no air-condition in the room and the heating was not open all day. we froze. the hotel was old. the area was pretty bad. construction work all over the place. a bit scary place at night. the bathroom had a terrible shower and there was water all over after we showered and we had nothing to clean it up, so if we stepped into the bathroom afterwards we needed to change shoes. |
