Breakfast was rich and nice
Superferiendly staff Garage 25 euros 24h but closeby and safe (big car : ask not to go level -1) Breakfast good (if you don't have claustrofobia because it's in a cellar, advise you to take the elevator to -1, not the stairs) basic but for Paris goodo-price-quality Close to the sunway
Hygiene : carpet with a lot of stains, bathroom had little ants under the shower (but there was an ant-trap with poison underneath) and corners of shower should be cleaned or put new silicon around the bath/showertub. Wifi very very slow . In the black neighborhoud : going out at night without a guy asking for money or begging or talking to you cos of the booze heconsumed was rather impossible. If you went the 400 meters and crossed the subway and went underneed the bridge (in that part of Paris above the ground) you are in the Indian-pakistan part with dito restaurants and there you feel safe. The medication of my girlfriend ( 1 blister of anti-conception that just started and missed only one pil) dissapeared ...searched everything, was last morning that we discoverd it..100% sure as we turned over the whole room and checked everything once more when we were home.
Staff and service was excellent
Bathroom very small
Clean,well appointed ,good rooms
Advertised as Gare du Nord but it is quite far from station and the area walked through to find hotel is frightening to say the least
Nice staff, clean and spacey room. The neighbourhood is very colourful, busy and noisy, but the hotel is close to blue metro line and northern rail station, easy to get anywhere. Nice place, would go again if needed place to stay in northern Paris.
- nice small hotel - clean - very good personnel - geographical location is good - price is convenient
- internet connection does not really work - geographic location good but not the surroundings - no air conditioning.. no air circulation when the window is closed
Staff was very friendly!
Location Staff behavior and the willingness to help
Facilities were handful Room and the Bathroom were very small Wi-fi was a pain but despite that staffs in the hotel tried to maintain it is fine
Close to the metro. Staff nice but not very helpful. Bed ok.
Bad, dirty and insecure neighbordhood. Related to the hotel: It's not a real 3 star. Bathroom was super small. No Airco, so u open the window and its very noisy in the early morning. The staff charge me twice the same room, and I had to claim for the refund. They force to leave the key in reception. Visitors are not allowed, even for less than an hour!
Behavior of the staff. People were very helpful. Good Facilities and comfortable beds.
Location was a bit noisy. Rooms need a bit of more maintenance. Breakfast may include some more varieties.
Everything was amazing. The Staff is really welcoming, the room is spot less and very comfortable.
The hotel is not in the best location, shame.
I was in that hotel with my family. From internet you can see nice room and this is the only thing it is true! The bathroom is terrible and there is no wardrobe in the room. The area in not montmatre and it is very dangerous, old building and everything is so dirty.. Don't go in that hotel, I am really sorry to write that but If somebody wrote the true probably I had a nice Experience in paris.
Hotel was really clean and the staff were lovely. All spoke fluent English and were happy to help with recommendations or travel advice
The area felt a little unsafe late at night
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The location is terrible, right in the centre of little India. It is really dirty and the cafe directly opposite is very noisy, despite the room being advertised as being sound proofed the noise from the cafe is very unpleasantly loud until the early hours. The bedroom is also far too small.
Air conditioning should be optional because neighbourhood is a bit noise and the windows should be closed during the night.
the location is not the best one but not that bad either. the room is a bit small compare to picture.
Staff were friendly and accommodating
Location quite ordinary although vibrant international community on the doorstep was a good insight into the real Paris. Hotel was looking quite tired and not particularly clean.
Very small room and toilet Breakfast is limited in choices
- value for money - location - friendly staff
- room for breakfast is too small - very small bathroom
Been charge twice for same room once on my booking trough booking.com and then been asked to pay in cash as full refund been issued to my card. Week later no funds been returned to my account.
A very clean and tidy basic hotel within easy walking distance of the Gare du Nord and local Metro stations. Friendly staff who speak good English but appreciate it if you try to speak French. Good breakfast selection.
Not the nicest area of Paris but not noticeable from inside. Wifi is very slow.
Hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable, quiet and nice. It is close to metro station La Chapelle and a walking distace from Gare Du Nord, what was very important for us. Breakfast is great - I loved different French cheeses every morning! And the warm and tasty croassants are the best I have ever tried. Every morning, around six o'clock, the whole hotel starts to smell of freshly baked croassants! Wifi very strong in all parts of the hotel.
I didn't like a misunderstanding about the room price at our check in. It left unprofessional impression - but generaly not the staff and the hotel, only this particular receptionist. She was very rude, we did not even see her face when we entered hotel and first few minutes of our conversation, she literary hid herself behind the reception. She was very nervious and spoke on the phone in French about us and our misunderstanding, but not in a nice way. Only we didn't understand (maybe better for our piece of mind). It is very sad, that this beautiful, sweet hotel in Paris, that has everything, with a reasonable prices is spoiled with someone like that. It left a little bitterness in our hearts. The neigbourhood looks very unsecure, but it only looks like that, it really is not. You get use to it.
it's easy to find, the staffs and the Equipments are also good.
