I liked the quirky decor and set up of the rooms. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was overpriced and not very good. |

Central Avignon for main tourist sites. Basic cost reasonable. Breakfast very expensive at an extrsa 8 euros per person. Difficult access if touring by car. |

the location could not be better. We were right in the heart of the action at night. Loved the Carousal in the mall.Lovely town.....Would come back to a better hotel..Was recomended by trip advisor....maybe I got the dud deal.... The lane way where the hotel was dirty...Dog poo, glass, cig butts, etc.we were woken in the morning at 5 oclock with a city sweeper apparently cleaning lane way... it was still filthy next morning. NOice from lane way-all night!!!. Couldnt sleep. View consisted of an office window....Carpet stained, sheets looked scorched and power sockets not working..Would only recommend for location...stayed 2 nights and was disapointed on room..Was not told by desk clerk the day of our leave that lanes and roads were closed...spent an hour trying to get out of the city. |

Central Location The room was not clean. I was bitten on my thighs and buttocks while in the bed. My friend who slept in the mezzanine part fared much worse and was covered by huge ugly bites. We went to the nearest pharmacy and it was confirmed she had been bitten by some sort of bed-bug. We went back to the Hotel and told the lady on reception who was very shocked and reduced our bill by 25%. It ruined my friends holiday as she was very consious of the unsightly swellings, even her fingers had been bitten, and she was compelled to keep covered up so was not able to go swimming. She has e-mailed the Hotel but when I enquired yesterday she had not heard from them. |

We stayed in a triple room and it has two separate floors (though not so spacious), which is good. The room was not clean, the bathroom has no shower curtain, there were bugs and ants in the towel. Only one fan in our room, it was too hot to fall asleep. |

The room was large by French standards, and our grandson liked his loft. The location was superb. In our experience, the reviews that complained about noise were unwarranted. |

It was dirty, the shower was broken, the bedroom curtains were torn and too thin to keep out the sunlight and there were no shutters. There was no where near to park(and I had asked about this without a reply on booking). The street noise kept us awake at night and it was impossible to take a rest during the day as noisy building work was going on next door. |

Friendly staff. Old building. That's about it. I could hear everything my neighbors said, and they were speaking at normal conversation volume. Also, my 8-euro breakfast was a croissant, drip coffee, a thin slice of meat, a slice of cheap cheese, and yogurt out of a cup. I would pay 3-euros for that, maximum. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. The loft single bed in the triple was great for our daughter. There was no bathmat in the bathroom, It was very dangerous getting out of the tub. We asked for a mat, but never got one. Felt that with breakfast was expensive for what we got. |

La situation géographique prés de la place de l'horloge et du Palais des papes. La chambre était toute petite, bruyante et le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur ( croissants congelés bas de gamme). |

Hotel de charme, accueil agréable.Petit déjeuner servi en chambre. Mal insonorisé, on entend parler les voisins de chambre.Eclairage de la chambre un peu faible.Pas d'ascenceur.Petit déjeuner en chambre pourrait être un peu plus complet (1 oeuf, 1 Yaourt) si on le souhaite. |
