The location, the cleanliness, the staff, and the very good price for all of that.
The noise from the street: even with the double glazing, it was sometimes still noisy enough to be awake early in the morning.
Staff helpfulness, good room for budget travellers, location close to Gare Montparnasse, close to good restaurants, 1 hour walk to points on the Seine - Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower. Quiet room on internal courtyard. Safe, interesting area and close to Metro.
Booked this hotel because of location, price and most important, wifi - for business reasons. Had wifi for 3 hours on arrival and then it mysteriously malfunctioned and did not work again the rest of our visit despite varying stories from a variety of reception staff! Would not return because of this.
I like staying in the real Paris. I like being in the neighborhoods where I'm part of the daily life not the tourist life. This hotel gave me that feeling.
Good location and cheap
No lift, a bit basic, breakfast rudimentary but again cheap...bars so close though...but at the price...the hotel was was good value, no air-con...if you're at the top floors it will be an oven in summer.
Staff were fantastic.
Bathroom wad a bit small.
It was quite
The room stunk of mold so much that we couldn't sleep, beds tiny, and the room was really small. TV stuck to the wall couldn't watch tv from bed. Manager never turned up to sort problems out. Restaurant room had no windows. Banaster unsafe. A rip off
Breakfast was poor. A reggeli szegényes volt.
extremely nice staff :)
Nice simple room, practical location for my needs.
A lot of stairs to climb with my very heavy suitcase. No reading light by the bed.
It is a nice Small Hotel ,,, The Location and the Staff are Great ,,,,
The Rooms are smaller and the Hotel is still old fashion ,,, Still the Hotel is under renovation so i won't comment much , awaiting the updates
1) The staff was very helpful and nice. They offered to look after the luggage for us. They were also English-speaking. 2) The bathroom was nice and modern in an acceptable standard of other hotels. 3) The bed was comfortable enough.
1) There was no elevator! With two heavy suitcases it was impossible to climb the narrow stairs. So we had to leave them down at the lobby beside the reception. 2) We were offered a no-smoking-room on the 4th floor which reeked of smoke, so we had to change to another room. We were fortunate that there was one available! 3) Breakfast: Practically everything on the breakfast-table contained sugar! The milk was lukewarm and when I asked for cold milk to my cereals I was offered long-life milk from the fridge, but it was not cold because the fridge was very small. 3) There was no fridge in the room with cold drinks. 4) There was no safe in the room to keep valuables, and the hotel stated on their rules on the door that they were not responsible for lost items. 5) There was no bench where you could put your suitcase, so it was meant that you should keep it on the floor!
Only the location
All what have been communicated (pictures) are way far from reality. We were chocked by the facility. Wifi was not working, Curtains do not close and you have the municipality light in front of the bed, Wifi was not working and the answer was "will check with the technician" meaning when we leave the room... Toilet is extremely small that you can not close the door behind you. I would use the hotel for half the price they are offering. I felt like I am in Algeria where service is not part of the hotel job. I have used cheaper price facilities in Booking.com for a much better deliverable in the UK. the room
It was located within a walkable distance to Métro Ligne 4 and RER B. The room was small, but fine and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, aside from the noise, I got what I paid for.
The room was located on the first floor (no elevator - not too convenient with heavy suitcases). The overall deco was outdated and the bathroom (although clean) would definitely need to be renovated. Minimal comfort and very badly soundproofed.
The hotel is situated in a nice area and close to the metro going towards city centre
the room was very small and not value for money
Close to metro, clean, friendly staff (spoke good English), affordable. Would recommend to anyone.
Everything seems to be new inside
A little bit too small rooms, everything so compact, for one person in single room is enough
room without window noisy
Too small bathroom.
Staff was really good and friendly they were sportive. I like the location as well. Every thing was nearby cafes, bars, shopping centers.......
I was living in a twin room beds were comfortable but small in size otherwise everything was fine. We get what we paid for.
The rooms are clean and smart. Bathroom (in my room, not my daughters) big and clean.
5 floors, no elevator. Very, very basic breakfast (crossant).
