good breakfast, helpful staff, clean good sized room, easy parking except on market days. Good shower Sheets and blankets, we hate these and take our own duvet. Does anyone use sheets at home, if not why to hotels insist on using them. |

Very friendly staff and could not ask for more.In general Bergerac is the friendliest city in France Hotel is very near to the airport, train station and shopping is right in the square. |

this hotel was great. stayed for 2 nights but wished we had booked for 3! staff very nice, pool looked great but it was too cold to go in it being october. would definately stay again no brew facilities in room |

Great proximity to the Old Town. Private, secure car parking. Relaxing pool/garden outdoor space. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with air con. Lots of tourist information available. Nice breakfast selection. Very handy for Saturday market. |

Apart from a mix up where the hotel did not charge for some services the stay was very good Our room number23 was a bit noisy which could be a problem in hot weather when you would need to keep the window open |

We arrived on a boiling hot day and it was like an oasis! The rear garden and pool are wonderful and really very well mantained. The staff were very helpful and friendly.The room was lovely with fantastic air conditioning! Great breakfast. Only stayed for one night but can't wait to return for longer. |

The hotel was clean and basic and the staff were very helpful. The location was very central with all the town facilities within walking distance. There were no tea making facilities in the room and the bar was never open,but the receptionist would get you a drink if you asked. The hotel tried to be modern but was confined by being in an old building. There was no duvet on the bed, only sheets and blanket and the mattress sloped to the middle. |

Room, although fairly small, was beautifully decorated, and the shower room had been recently refurbished. It was also very quiet as it faced the garden at the back of the hotel. Isabelle, the receptionist was extremely patient and helpful after we discovered a problem with our car hire. She really went the extra mile for us, which was much appreciated. |

I thought the hotel was charming, the swimming pool area superb and the staff very accomodating. Room very comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel but the beverage service was very good. Unfortunately there was a coach party at the hotel when we stayed and the retired English people were very noisy in the morning when they went to breakfast, especially on the morning they were leaving as they had to be away at 8.00 a.m. and were noisy from 6.30 onwards. Not the fault of the hotel but an observation. |
