We liked the staff at reception, breakfast, the swimming-pool, and the hotel's central location. The rooms and general decor were not very grand (there is some refurbishment works going on in the upstairs corridors) and the bed was slightly on the small side for a double bed, but these were appropriate for the cost. |

Proximity to old town of Bergerac Room was smaller than we would have liked and bed was a double rather than king-size, which would have been better as it was very warm at night. Still, room had air con so that was a plus. |

Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The room was lovely and as described. Breakfast was buffet style so you could get good value for money. Excellent location 5min walk to old part of Bergerac. Stayed just one night on our way further South, would stay for longer. Perfect for a short break in Bergerac and surrounding area, all of which is very beautiful. Also added bonus of lovely pool to cool down at end of day. |

Central area, easy to walk to old town. Staff very helpful and able to recommend excellent restaurants which were within easy walking distance. Bed very comfortable. Not able to make tea/coffee in room- but I haven't stayed in a french hotel before, perhaps this only available in english hotels. |

Location & facilities Location excellent but too stuffy and formal. Staff not very helpful when leaving and could not be bothered to make life easy and open one simple access door and had to haul baggage on our own through awkward narrow hallways to get out. Poor assistance provided. |

Went for the first may bank holiday, all i wanted was a pool and some sunshine, hotel was sweet, pool was freezing cold though and it seemed as though we had the garden to ourselves most of the time nothing to dislike, but if i was being petty then it would be the fact you could hear people above, next to our room walking around |

Very good location in town centre. Out of season, but swimming pool area looked inviting. A rarity for France in that we were given a 'special' rate of EUR 69 inclusive of breakfast for two. The buffet breakfast was ample in pleasant surroundings. |

Centrally placed to explore Bergerac. Private car park avoided parking problems caused by twice weekly market. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. |

The helpfulness of the staff There is only a limited area to unwind and relax and i feel that the hotel would benefit from providing a more relaxing lounge ambience |

The hotel is located in a quiet area in Bergerac’s city centre and it welcomes you in the distinctive warm and charming atmosphere of the Périgord region. |
Here at the Hotel Kyriad Bergerac, we've found the perfect balance between value and comfort. We are located on the road to Bordeaux, very close to the town of Bergerac. |
Set in a verdant 12-acre domain, this former 18th-century mansion, now a beautiful 3-star hotel, boasts a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool and characterful accommodation. |
Situated in the heart of the Dordogne, a 7-minute drive from Bergerac, the hotel is surrounded by a 5-hectare forest. It offers charming rooms with beautiful views of the countryside. |
