The extremely friendly staff and city center accessibility. Maybe not much of a personality, but very comfortable. Good value for money. |

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff spoke good English. There was free parking which was a bonus. The location was too far to walk to the city centre. There was not enough choice of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The food available in the evening at the hotel was processed and heated up in a microwave. |

Having private parking was an absolute bonus. Our room had a huge bed in it which was very comfortable. We had a patio room with a view to the back of the hotel which meant it was quiet. Breakfast was good and the cheaper continental breakfast option is sufficient for most people. Staff were extremely polite and courteous The only thing I would say is that the instructions to find the hotel are excellent except than when you cross over the river the hotel is literally on your right hand side. We missed it first time and spent twenty minutes finding our way back with all the one way streets. Once you turn left over the bridge get in right hand lane immediately and hotel is there on your right. |

Lovely room, nice location, easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. No sights nearby There was an arrogant, annoying front desk clerk who did not care about us at all. |

I liked the size of the room and the off street parking facility. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The television needed updating. The lack of any English language entertainment channels. In this age of multi channel availability it is mean not to offer more selection other that a news channel. |

choice of a cheaper breakfast to the more expensive, and the model aircraft display. the rooms decor is so outdated and reminded me of a caravan! |

friendly staff. actually supplied face towels. decent work space. separate WC from rest of bathroom. good tv. walls in room 106 were not very clean. could hear patio noise a little bit. wifi was only in lobby. ethernet connection available in room...but no ethernet cord was supplied in room--perhaps i could have asked at the front desk. |

PLeasant and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient - one of them was an native English speaker which could help visitors who don't speak French. Breakfast - 5 eur for continental and 9 eur for buffet - is very reasonably priced, even if not top quality. 15 minute walk to Capitole and 5 minutes to metro. Some good restaurants nearby. Free network access, though the WiFi didn't reach my room. Ac a big plus when it's 38 degrees outside! Foam mattress a bit hard. |

The cleanliness was appalling. Stains on the bed covers, cigarette butts on patio in suite, bathroom tiles cracked and filthy, floor dirty and unhoovered, wallpaper scratched and torn, shower(if you could get it on)had to be held straight with 1 hand. This was the case in all 3 rooms we tried. Booked in for 6 nights, stayed 1. Do not stay here! |

We paid for a Patio room...thinking the room would have a small patio?? It transpired that we had a view of the patio at the back of the Hotel...misleading!! |

Surely, the environs and the staff are very good. The location of the main table lamp disturbs the available space for reading. It should be relocated to the corner so that entire space of the side table is available. |

our room had the biggest bed i have ever seen and the smallest bath i have ever seen. the bathroom could be better it the silly bath were removed and a large shower cubicle installted. breakfast is ok but the garden needs serious attention, dead flowers etc and some cover from the sun. |

We stayed here as a stopover on our way down through France to our main holiday destination in July and would recommend it highly. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room very comfortable with an excellent value continental breakfast - cheaper than any of the other hotels we used during our holiday. Only 5-10 minutes walk from city centre. Ideal for a city weekend trip. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Onsite free parking Style of decor made hotel appear shabby. Rooms are very small, even the suite we took (for which we willingly paid extra after refusing very small double) was a bit small.Room and bathroom cleanliness left a biit to be desired. The rooms, despite the "trendy decor" appear tired. |
