I liked the location of the hotel and the lobby and comunal areas. Room 63 is very small. The bathroom is showing signs of wear. Is it really a 4 Star?? |

The location was perfect for what we wanted and the staff was friendly and helpful most of the time. The room that we received was not what we booked. All of their photos showed rooms with traditional furnishings and this room had nothing but built in contemporary stuff. There was no view. The room was much smaller then advertised and we were not expecting much. We asked for a change of rooms and was told that we could at a charge of an additional $100 (60 Euros) per night. When I came back to discuss that with them they told me they gave the room to someone else. |

We stayed in Paris for my birthday and the hotel upgraded us for free when we arrived to their Junior Suite, which was amazing! The location was perfect for us, with the street being very busy and pleasant, with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel really made our special trip perfect. Thankyou Hotel de Buci! The breakfast was pretty expensive - we didn't have it but went out to the great cafes just outside. Nothing really negative to report though - we loved this hotel! |

The location is excellent. The area is atmospheric and the locals are friendly. The paris attractions are within easy travelling distance, Lovely gift shops in the area and found all the restaurants recommended by the hotel reception were exceptional - all within reasonable walking distance. The breakfast. Disappointing. With willingness, desire and intention I believe this service could be greatly improved and be a future positive plus for the Hotel. |

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the St Germain de Pres area. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. I do not consider this hotel to be four star as advertised. Even by Paris standards the room was small and the bathroom tiny. The accommodation did not match the price |

Nothing was too big a problem and they accommodated small extras without adding charges. Their approach was fair and considerate. When extra bread was desied at breakfast they went out into the street and bought the freshest bread without blinking an eyelid. Assisted with all sorts of little extras freely enthusiastically and friendly. Very charming hotel. Romms are on the small side, but then this appears to be norm for that area of Paris |

cleanlines was outstanding as well as the staff. there was someone smoking on the floor but understand all will be non-smoking. |

スタッフは皆、親切で感じが良かったです。プチホテルでありながら、部屋が広めで明るく、何よりとても清潔- 感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。インテリアも可愛く、女の子にピッタリです。カフェやお買い物などの- ロケーションも最高です。 |

Bien decorado, limpio y ordenado Piezas pequeñas, camas pequeñas, y estaban construyendo y metiendo fuertes ruido todos los días que estuvimos obligandonos a bajar al subterraneo para salir del hotel ya que el ascensor no paraba en el nivel calle. Debieron haber cobrado menos por las incomodidades que ocasionaban los trabajos de remodelación que estaban realizando. |

期待以上でした！！４人でスイートに泊まりました。部屋のデザインも素敵でとてもキレイです。バスルーム、- トイレは２つあるし、水周りも問題ナシでした。ロケーションもサンジェルマン地区で、カフェやマルシェも目- の前にあります。ホテルの向かいにはＰＡＵＬがありますよ。徒歩でモノプリにも行けるし、立地がほんとに良- かったです。でも一番印象に残ってるのはホテルスタッフの素晴らしいこと！モノプリの場所を聞いたら地図を- プリントアウトまでしてくれたり、オススメの（高すぎない）レストランをたずねてもこちらがチョイスできる- ように何軒かすごく親切に教えてくれました。みんなかんじがすごく良くて、4人とも大満足でした。かなりオ- ススメします！ |

La situation de l'hôtel au coeur du quartier St Germain J'ai été stupéfait de me trouver dans un hôtel de catégorie 4 étoiles. Cet établissement est indigne de cette classifcation: chambres exigues, salle de bain antique, petits déjeuners indignes d'un 4 *. Je pense d'ailleurs écrire à ce propos à l'organisme en charge des classifications d'hôtel |
