Fantastic location and the staff was wonderful. Rooms were very comfortable with smartly finished interiors.

The staff was really friendly and helped us with everything- transfers bookings and directions

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room for the price was tiny. There was no mirror in the bedroom, just a lasge flat screen TV. The soundproofing is poor. We could hear the conversations from the next room clearly.

The location was very convenient as we wanted to stay in st Germain. The rooms were quite large for Paris standards and well insulated from cold and outdoor noise

Location of the hotel is the best possible if you would like to visit Paris as tourist walking arond centr of Paris and visiting many cultural places like Notr Dam , Luvr musem etc .

Hotel is rated as 4 star one and here is certain disbalance with level of services to be provided for such facilities Breakfast is really poor and temperature control in the room is obligatory .

I particularly appreciate the high level of personal service from concierge Sanjay. He completely followed through on all the requests from dinner reservations to information on attractions.

I did not find the parlor particularly inviting.

Excellent location and staff; Sanjay (the concierge) was extremely helpful in arranging an airport transfer and made me feel very welcomed! The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of food.

My room was right across from the elevator and the doors opening and closing woke me up a few times.

room 33 is invaded by the lift shaft when we come back and we will come back we hope to have some other room,but not 43 either!! I know somebody has to have these rooms but you could reduce the tarif?

I loved that I received an email directly from the hotel staff after booking. I actually needed to correspond with the staff and it was SO nice to be able to correspond with them. The were extremely warm and friendly when I arrived and provided excellent directions around the city. Also, the hotel smells fabulous! I loved that there was a speaker system on which I could dock my iPhone, charge it and play music. The linens were very comfortable and the accommodations were quiet. I will definitely plan to stay again. My experience was excellent! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere, created by the decor. The position of the hotel was very convenient, close to metro stations, great restaurants, markets, Paris attractions. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and polite, without being overbearing. Loved the jazz music in the street each afternoon.

The hotel was beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was so nice to end our holiday with. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. A luxury hotel. They took our bags to our room and the staff were so nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend here if your budget is a bit more!

Location was the very best feature

Very very small rooms...no space for two suitcases, only one...the other had to go on the floor in front of the door.... Bathroom door was filthy...looked clean when open, but when closed could see the back of the door...room very hot, air conditioner did not work...with window open it was too noisy to sleep...two short nights of sleep

Fantastic location and staff members were very friendly and helpful - early check-in was available and hotel staff were willing to hold bags at the beginning and end of our stay so that we could still look around Paris without worrying about lugging our bags around. The shower was also fantastic!

View of the street was nice, but we would love to try a room with a courtyard view next time - most likely quieter.

Just the room is too small

The location was fantastic, lots of Restaurants and eating places that you could enjoy, the ambience and night life as you walk out into the streets from the hotel was amazing.
