Location, efficiency of staff. Good explanations
Bathroom a little tired. Grouting needs redoing.
locality (noisy and violent); appalling breakfast, both service and food
the staff spoke english well, were kindly and helpful they suggested places to visit and made our stay a pleasure.
nothing for the price we paid.
We were greeted by Natalie who was fantistic in all her normal tasks but above and beyond in helping me navigate their wifi network with my ancient limited laptop. She ended up calling a friend and between them got me on line so I could solve some problems. She made the entire stay more enjoyable with her charm and helpfulness.
Just needed a good nights rest before I flew and this was a really nice place to do so, fairly cheap, close to the train station, close to many things to see and really friendly staff. Room was clean and had a nice window tv and full bathroom with towels soap ect
Very good value for money and pleasant helpful staff
The location was great and the staff were extremely accomodating
The lack of polish and the fact that it was a run down dumpy little hotel. No air conditioning ( I survived) and the place hasn't had a dime spent on it in years...
What appeared to be a new air con unit hardly worked. The reception arrangements were not good having to check into the sister hotel.
City centre location Helpful staff
The hotel is shabby, run down and in serious need of total refurbishment.
Convenient for centre, Easy parking
Good breakfast! Helpful staff despite very late check-in.
I really liked the lady who helped me to car my car...they have parking facilities but they need to be seen to be believed! The staff member in question was very helpful and patient with me...
Clean friendly in a superb location well worth the £50 a night
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location also
The staff were so friendly and helpful and immediately made me feel at home. The location in the old part of Beziers is excellent, central to all the shops and cafes and within easy walking distance of the railway station. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and I had air conditioning and a Juliette balcony. The furniture and bed covers were quirky and homely.
My main criticism would be the carpets - though they were clean they were cheap looking with no underlay and were wrinkled in places - the swirly paint effect on the walls also did the room no favours. What a shame - a coat of white paint and changing the carpet for tiles would have instantly made the room look smart. I had breakfast at the hotel and I was not impressed by the hot chocolate which was very sweet and sickly, but otherwise there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast. I stayed there on a friday night and because of the central location it was a bit noisy with drunk people passing by in the early hours of the morning so I needed my earplugs!
room was fine - staff were nice
couldn't call the lift to 2nd floor and I had my elderly mother with me - very noisy all night.
Very good position. Close to all attractions in the old city - able to walk to most things.
Very small. Extra cost for breakfast. No air conditioning.
The staff. The closeness to the centre.
The shower - difficult not to splash the floor.
Superb location, very friendly receptionist
Hotel clearly linked to nearby alternative so not properly staffed or serviced. Staff OK but this is no way to run a hotel!
Friendly staff, comfy room, very good location, excellent restaurants nearby, good fro exploring town.
Centrally located, helpful friendly staff. Very clean, bed changed daily, good sized shower room and separate WC. Overall, very satisfied.
Nothing really but tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been good.
The room was comfortable - first impression was misleading.
Location of garage in proximity to hotel is a bit too far when you have a fair amount of luggage. The front door was smashed on arrival and the hotel looked a bit tatty - however the room was comfortable.
Noisy dirty rundown area
