Su ubicación.Atención del personal del hotel. Relación calidad precio estupenda.

Lo único que no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son un poco caracol y hay que ir con cuidado.

La ubicación es buena si te gusta dormir en centros urbanos.

Me parece desproporcionado el precio ( 70 euros) en relación a la calidad del hotel: la habitación doble es diminuta, entra frío por el baño, y no hay insonorización respecto a la calle y dentro del hotel. La cama incómoda y pocas mantas para ser diciembre. Tampoco hay ascensor. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.

Ante todo la ubicación absolutamente céntrica y la amabilidad de la directora y su hijo

Especialmente el cuarto de baño. No es que sea muy ,muy reducido sino que carece de un cierre/puerta que garantice la intimidad del uso. Ni en pareja se llevaría bien ,y menos aún compartiendo la habitación con una amiga

Yeah,the bathroom way too "closet like"-made even me, as a single gal, say" whoa" but not to worry , really - still a great Hotel in Bordeaux, for the price !

It is an excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful management, which located in the nicest part of Bordeaux

Central location in a beautiful part of town. For typical French town based hotel the room was comfortable and not too small.

The rooms are on the second floor up some quite steep stairs. Not so good if you are not so strong on your legs.

I booked a room for £125 for two nights. When we arrived it was late, raining hard and I do not speak French all that well. At that time, the front desk manned by a woman that supposedly spoke English said in French that I am going to give you two a room, it is bigger than a standard double and it has an extra bed but you will be more comfortable. At no time was the choice given to us, at no time were we told that the price was almost £25 pounds a night more and no way did it appear that she was upgrading us. WE did not ask nor want an upgrade. AT check out I tried to dispute this with her but she said that the room more expensive and we had to pay for it. I do not like to make a scene but I think what she did was dishonest and I sincerely doubt she would have contemplated doing the same with a fellow European, as my partner and I are American. I think she found two suckers willing to be doped into paying for the most expensive room in the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the town. The owners were very friendly and the price is very good value compared with other central hotels.

It is quite noisy- the walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on next door (and three doors away too!) Not a place for a week-long holiday, but a good choice for one or two nights.

The hotel was very central and close to the town bus service for the airport. It is an old hotel modernised very cheerily and is equipped with all you need for a short break. It is also near good central eating places and the main cultural sights. Shopping is close but is not my thing. A very attractive small place to stay

There is no lift but I knew in advance and I am a senior.

The location is very good. Right in the middle of the center ville and has a public covered parking very close to the hotel.

The staff don´t stay full time at the reception (they are not there at night) and we had to leave really early 5am, so no one could receive the key and charge us for the room. They charged directly into my card, without a previous information. We booked a big bed, but when we arrived it was two single beds and we couldn´t complain because there was no one at the reception for the night. The shower is really small, even for a 1,65m person. The cleanness is not the best one. From two blankets, one of them had a lot of hair from previous usage..... The carpet is also not totally clean.

Parking was a nightmare to find, because of one way system in Bordeaux. Rooms were very small.

It is good value for you money.Centrally located stone throw distance from shopping malls and supermarket. Not far from the bus and tram station. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Clean bedsheets made up every day and clean bathroom was what I liked the most. Wifi would be an added advantage but it doesnt prevent you from using your own laptop as cable for internet is provided. And warm and friendly hotel owners.

The hotel is very central, this is the main advantage. The room we stayed in was small, but it does not matter as we were out all the time anyway.

A lovely small hotel settled exactly in a centre of Bordeaux. We didn't have to search for the hotel, just simply get out on Gambetta and in 5 mins walk we found it! Nice, small hotel, feels very friendly even through I had a feeling the stairs will kill me :) (absence of elevator). The staff is extremely friendly even due the English is not perfect but I think if you want and you trying to understand you can get on with them very easily. We didn't go for the breakfasts in the hotel cause we just simply found better (and cheaper) to go to one of those many brasseries around (I can strongly recommend Brioche Doree!!). So as I said, we were very satisfied with this hotel for it's price and location.

The only thing I missed was the AC in rooms (average temperature when we were in Bordeaux was 35 degrees), but the hotel is still worth trying it!

The owners are very friendly, the hotel is in a central location for sightseeing in Bordeaux and there is a relaxed approach to children.

A very nice little hotel with a perfect location 2 minutes walk from the bus to the airport and right next to all the shops and sights. Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and laid back atmosphere.

Rooms are very small and pretty basic

The hotel is ideally situed in the centre of Bordeaux and you have everything in walking distance. You have nice restaurants in the same block, the old town with its little streets full of restaurants are in 5 minutes walking distance, 5 minutes to the river etc. The surroundings of the hotel are pleasant (mainly boutiques) and there is only little trafic. The staff was easy to approach, very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy. You have free internet connection in the room.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel from friday to monday and we were probably a bit unlucky with noise. First 2 nights we were unable to sleep because of the noise from the outside (a bar nearby - screaming people - and a crazy neighbour who played music from 2 a.m until 7.30 a.m). Earplugs did not help. The 3rd night from sunday to monday was very quiet and we could sleep with our windows open. The bathroom door could not be completely closed and was a bit hard to manoeuvre.

Stayed on our way to biarritz and liked it so much decided to stay again on our return to bordeaux the following week.

Rooms on the small side though this wasn't a problem as there is so much to see and do in bordeaux that you're only in your room to sleep.
