The husband and wife team who run this hotel are exceedingly helpful and nice. They were able to give me good advice on restaurants and on hiring bicycle to cycle out the the chateaux. The location is great-- although the town is so small, it would be hard to have a bad location. The room was very simple, but serviceable. Certainly not luxury, but for two nights, it proved comfortable. These are not negatives, just things that might be important to some people. The bed and bed spread could use a bit of updating, but it was certainly very clean. The bathroom and shower were very tiny, which didn't bother me, but might bother some people. |

Only thing good about this hotel was that the staff was nice. Hotel facilities were in poor shape. Rooms were rather dark and dingy looking. Beds were uncomfortable and way too soft. Rooms just felt and looked dirty. |

The Hotel was situated near the Castle and a few steps away from the station (10 min). The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Design of the room was semi-antique. I will recommend to stay at the hotel all my friends. |

The location near the Blois Chateau and right downtown could not be better. Great view from our window. The desk staff spoke good English and was very helpful. Overall, a good choice for budget conscious travelers. The room, while clean, was very dated and smalland the thin walls let you hear the next door neighbors quite easily. |

The staff was super nice, help you for every needs. Room and bathroom was clean and the price correct. Give you map and reduction to enter the castle.the location is excellent between the train station the city and the castle. The room was kind of small, and you can hear easily what's going on in the next room if they are not discrete... |

The reception area and the dining room were excellent as was the location and the welcome. Our room was very small and was not in any way expected after the grand reception area and dining room. |

Liked in particular the friendly and service minded staff. Setting and decoration of the breakfast room was very nice. Would easily fit in a higher class hotel. Though still charming, some elements of the decoration somewhat worn. equipment of bathroom could be better, even without high costs. |

A quaint hotel in the heart of Blois, almost with a B@B feel. The owners were very helpful and hospitable, the room was basic, but clean. We were on the top floor (4th), but there was a lift which helped with luggage. It was very warm, no A/C, but the 2 windows helped us get a nice breeze at night. Beautiful breakfast room, limited selection of items, but sufficient. No parking on site, because the hotel is in the heart of the city. But there were municiple lots close by that offered options. |

Whilst the single room I had could be described as 'compact', it was clean, everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. . Room In need of modernising the decor - the wallpaper looked pre war and was damp and peeling off in places (but I still liked it!) |

The owners were great. Any questions or concerns you had, they were always there, happy to help. The breakfasts were awesome as well served in a beautiful room The wireless connection was very weak in our room on the 4th floor and so I had to go to the lobby to go on the internet. |

Everything. The hotel was lovely and the staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The place had charm and our room was over looking both the local chateau and St. Vincents church. The hotel is situated on a main road and the noise from the cars and motorbikes can get irritating. The windows block out the noise perfectly well but then the room becomes stuff because there is no other source of ventilation. |
