the price, the french decorated rooms, the restaurant noisy, i was on the first floor; I could hear the kitchen (staff) working until 01:00. In the morning the same. It is a restaurant with a hotel (no real check in desk or something). |

Hotel is in a convenience location, close to bus stop to Geneva. It is in quiet area and just a few steps away from many food shops. Restaurant in the hotel is fabulous. The room although cozy it needs some re-furnished. Reception closes on certain hour and day, so guests have to plan ahead for payment etc. |

Quaint town The very steep stairs! No English channels in my room. No staff on site to help. One person who was supposed to be staff help did not speak English |

Free wireless internet. Nice location. A small, old hotel, not a sterile new facility. The rooms facing the square are quite noisy |

Very nice hotel, convenient to Geneva, very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. My situation changed midway through necessitating a longer stay and the owners went out of their way to accommodate me. Plus the restaurant at the hotel is quite good! Not a thing. |

Location For the price it was a basic room, they forgot to service the room and I had to ask for it to be serviced. They did offer a complimentary drink at dinner though. |

It was quaint, it was quiet, it was comfortable, and the service was good. Unfortunately I arrived on Sunday evening and the restaurant was not open, but I am sure it would have been excellent. Breakfast was very good. Difficult to get to by taxi from the French side of Geneva Airport. You must take a taxi from the Swiss side. |

Friendly Maîtresse de Hotel, comfortable bed, radiator under my control and plenty of windows that actually open! Old world charm in nice little French town with plenty of restaurants, even some open on Monday evening. The pin system worked on the Monday evening and let me in to find my key with some helpful notes like my direct dial room number. Nice breakfast selection. No lift so keep your suitcases light. Don't look too closely at the carpets (no lift = lack of enthusiasm to use a "beats as it sweeps as it cleans" hoover on the carpets?). Internet connection stalled in the evening but ok early am. |

Pleasant setting on the paved square; charmingly original and not "plastic" with excellent food. The staff were also very efficient and accommodating. |

The location was excellent and the hotel restaurant was first rate. Our room was on the third floor, no elevator. The hotel is very old and quaint but as such the rooms were small. The bed was very small and not particularly comfortable. |
