I liked the location it being in the centre of the city and surrounded by shops of which they were a bit pricey. The bedroom we stayed in no 202 i think but you will know by the registration. It was not nice and very dull and dreary. No efford made at all to make it even a little luxurious. Would not recommend to stay in it. |

The staff was excellent. They accommodated us at all times and were always pleasant. The location of the hotel was great as it is centrally located in Nantes. The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom was a little dirty and did not improve any during the time we stayed there. The bed was in poor condition and I had to push the frame back together several times as it was sliding apart. |

Hotel was centrally located in Nantes. Room was clean and it was reasonable value. We stayed on a Saturday night and the locality was noisy into early hours of the morning. Room did not have air conditioning. |

Very central, close enough to the centre without the downside of excessive noise especially at night, comfortable room with good sized bathroom Yes the bathroom plug was stuck so couldn't use the basin and having reprted it to reception in the evening nothing was done about it! |

We got a lovely large room with a large en-suite. We were only staying one night but it would have been a very comfortable room for a longer stay. It is also in an excellent location, very central and free private parking is a bonus. Generally we were very happy. Two minor details : of only having one bath towel and one hand towel in a double room booked for two. Also windows were left open on the corridor on our floor and they caused banging noise most of the night. Neither details spoiled our stay in any way. |

The parking lot was in a back courtyard out of the way of the main street, which was good. The hotel is in close walking distance to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel is a bit tired looking in the rooms, the main entrance looks grand. The entrance to the parking lot was rather small, big vehicles wouldn't fit through. Room temperature was hard to regulate. Breakfast could have been a bit fancier for the price. |

The heating in the hotel was very poor. The central heating was not warm, and the room was cold. A mobile heater had to be brought in as my wife had to sit with her coat on. Not very good for a hotel that costs £110. |

Nothing special. The staff. To old. It smells old. The 12 euros buffet is really not worth the price. Three days the same sausages which are too salty, and than eggs. No bacon or watherver change. |

L'accueil du personnel et le parking Gratuit. Les chambres n'ont pas le caractère auxquelles elles prétendent. Un mobilier "d'époque" mais des murs, un sol et une salle de bain du niveau d'un mauvais 2 étoiles. Cet hôtel n'est certainement pas à la hauteur des autres 3 étoiles de la ville (pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs d'entre eux...) |

L'hôtel est charmant mais l'environnement est bruyant (pas de double vitrage?) et la literie spartiate. Le "parking gratuit" est un piège. Son entrée est si étroite et si difficile à prendre que vous risquez d'érafler votre voiture. Ce qui fut notre cas. |

La situation de l'hôtel en centre ville et son parking même si peu facile d'accès et peu pratique. Pas digne d'un trois étoiles : chambres très tristes et peu meublées, aucun effort de déco, , salle de bains datant d'une autre époque, couvertures dignes du secours catholiques. Prix totalement injustifié. |
