Le Twelve (12酒店)  

对地理位置非常满意。离地铁1号线很近，附近还有超市。屋外繁荣，屋内宁静，厕所很大，床很舒服，被褥的质- 量很好，住起来非常舒适。庆幸自己在这家宾馆定了四个晚上，住处得舒适，旅行起来又少一样负担。

服务员很好很细心，有中国服务员。地理位置很好，出门就是地铁一号线。

我们住在一楼，无法开窗，房间很闷很热！

1.地段不在市中心，但是出入很方便，就在地铁口不远；2，住在后幢，很安静，隔音虽然不太好但是入住的都挺n- ice没什么大动静；3.前台有时是中国MM，所以交流也方便；

房间有点小但很干净，很舒适，位置不是很市区，但这个价位性价比已经非常高了，旁边就是地铁站，所以出行很- 方便，接待员中有中国人，非常热心地给予帮助。旁边有超市和餐厅，还是很方便的。

在一号线上，地铁很方便，旁边还有一家超市，买东西很方便。有一个中国女服务员，还有一个法国帅哥服务员。- 服务态度都挺好。

刚到时发现白床单上有写灰尘和头发，不太干净，最后给服务员说拿了新的，我们自己把床单枕套都换了。早餐也- 不是自助形式，3个面包和果酱，不太喜欢。

的确不错，物超所值，房间很干净，晚上也比较安静，交通很便利。

老板很热情。地理位置不错。

我们去的时候给了个阁楼。不过第二天还回来了

员工热情，地理位置好，离地铁站步行一分钟

reception有中国人，非常热心，帮我们解决了很多问题。离地铁站也近。

房间比较小。

地点很好 离地铁站非常近 门口还有超市 还有小吃店 东西也不贵 前台的中国小姑娘很好 人很热情 建议来巴黎旅游的人 入住这里。

酒店房子不怎么隔音 比较吵

Staff helpful and friendly. Good size clean room.

Rooms are small but very cosy and worm. Staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again in La Twelve

The deco of the room was quite nice, and I geniunely liked the room settings, balcony and the deco of the rest of the hotel.

There wasn't an elevator, though it wasn't a huge problem tbh.

Well ,the location of this Hotel is extremely wonderful , it falls at the end of Nation square and less that 1 min to the Metro station Porte de Vincennes , which links most of the main places in Paris ( Defance , champs Elyse etc...) ,about the stuff they are so friendly and helpful ,rooms are neat and they clean it in daily basis , if you are in a city trip I do not recommend any place except this one .

It’s not a luxurious hotel , but this one is like the most hotels in Paris and maybe better in the terms of clean rooms .

Thin walls (when the door of the next room opened I had the impression that my door opened), you must order the breakfast in advance the night before (and 7,5 euros when in the bistrot of the corner you can find the same breakfast with 5,5euros)

This hotel is fantastic value for money, great location, lovely staff.

The hotel is close to M1, easier for travelling in Paris city. The staff is very nice and professional. The room is quiet and comfort.

The location is not very good

The location was ok, there were parking facilities in the near and the staff was helpfull.

The room was too small, the bathroom too. The room was also stuffy and it looked dirty. The door of the room was so heavy. The water system of the bathrom did'nt work well and the room was definitely not how it's looking like on the pictures of the site.

great location and good price

When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, despite having booked and paid 3 months earlier. We then had to wait whilst they found an alternative which was simply awful and I can only guess is their 'emergency room'. Everything was filthy and full of mould, hidden away in a back area almost under the stairs and next to the cleaners cupboard. The room was number 29. The shower didn't work and the shower head wasn't fixed to the wall so you had to hold it to bathe. If we had been staying more than 2 nights I would have left and gone somewhere else but as it was only 2 nights we decided to bear it. Horrible - which is a shame as the location is great. We have stayed at the hotel before in a triple room which was nice and perfectly adequate which is why we returned. I can't believe the difference in standard .

It is located about 300 meters from the Portes de Vincennes metro station.

Super small room, maid did not clean the bathroom during my stay, but only made the bed. Noisy with hardwood floors and doors you hear neighbours close.

Very convenient for people who do not care much about the comfort and number of fancy facilities. Clean and warm rooms. Very good location (metros, supermarkets..) There is no fridge, there is just beds and bathroom, but it is perfect for travelers who need just a place to sleep at night.
