The service, room, cleanliness, etc. was all poor. They took 10% off our bill. I recommend removing it from your list. |

the owners mother who was helping out was very friendly and helpful the room smelt stale and was not quite completed decoratively |

Stone throw away from the Pontorson train station. The room was spacious and the toilet was well maintained and very clean. Towels new too. |

There are an annex building next by the main hotel building and just aside of an railway. I think it's fair to point this out at the hotel description. Besides, the bed is really too old. |

Small but clean ensuite room with very comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast with nice choice of savoury and sweet food. Close to the railway station and the small town with shops and restaurants. Not easy to book in as reception (as well as breakfast) is in hotel across railway crossing. |

Bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Annex building, across from the 'real' hotel. The real hotel was very nice, the annex building was very dim, noisy, sink sprayed water straight up, and we ran out of hot water during a very short shower. |

L'accueil était fantastique et l'hôtel extrêmement bien décoré. La chambre était extrêmement propre et pourtant je suis très maniaque et beaucoup d'hôtels me déçoivent habituellement. Le seul point faible est l'isolation phonique qui n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Du coup, nous avons été maintes fois réveillés. |

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. La chambre était simple et propre. Peut-être un peu petite mais pour dormir cela suffit largement. La salle de bain un peu trop exigue. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. |

Le lit était très confortable. Situation de l'hôtel agréable car petit village hors de l'invasion touristique du Mont. Le fait de se retrouver de l'autre côté du chemin de fer, dans une annexe qui paraissait vide! La crainte d'être éveillés par la sonnerie (longue) annonçant le prochain train... |

La vicinanza al Mont S. Michel (pochi kilometri) Che in realtà era una dependance dell'hotel Ariane e quindi per i vari servizi si doveva uscire (per es. per fare colazione). Inoltre era troppo vicino alla ferrovia. |
