Nice room with view on pedestrian street and restaurant. Fine breakfast with fresh fruits.
the lobby and the room for breakfast don't have windows, there was the smell of cleaning agent.
Location was ideal. Relatively quiet street, bang in the centre of the old town. Breakfasts were excellent value for money and the owners were all extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit was very quiet and worked well.
We upgraded to a superior double which was great, but the bathroom was tiny. We heard the people in the room above us moving around as the building is old and has creaky wooden floors.
small single beds, fold down double.
quiet plsce，perfect location
The staff are not so friendly, do not help to send postcard, no late check-out (even 1 minute is impossible), do not help to rent a car. The reception is only opened until 8am, when it is still daytime in Avignon
Great room, the owners are very accommodating and welcoming. My daughter and I were only there for one night but would return and stay again. Thank you!
the owner is very helpful to tourist . the location is good
the room that i live is on the third floor which is quite not easy to take the luggage up there. The bathroom has bathtub with no shower room. We have to shower in the bathtub which not convenience at all.
Having a comfortable family room in the centre of Avignon was a real treat.
Friendly and helpful staffs with good price. They can help you to plan your trip in Avignon. Enjoyed a great moment there.
Staff very friendly
Right in the centre of town. Friendly staff.
Everything. Staff was exceptional.
Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. I have nothing negative to say. Will definitely return.
Lovely housekeepers. They offered us a baby bed completely free and toys for her to play. Excellent location. Room nice and clean with comfortable bed.
Old building with difficult access but it was not a huge problem and the rest was fantastic
1) location, center of the old city, very very convenient 2) the owner couple, very friendly and helpful 3) the breakfast
The charm, character and location of the hotel was appealing. Close to great restaurants as well. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and at home.
Room was very spacious with lots of storage space and seating area. Liked the fact that shower and sink were located separate from toilet. Enjoyed having hot water kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. Air conditioning worked perfectly, room was clean and bed/bedding was comfortable. Location was within easy walking distance to sites and restaurants.
Only minor complaint was that we could hear the occupants located above our room, walking around, which made for some difficulty sleeping.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location
Steep stairs may trouble some peole
Everything, we booked an Economic room but as the person in a Comfort room didn't show up, they upgraded us to a bigger and really cozy room with no extra cost. They also helped us by giving us a UK adapter to use at night, which is not serviced in any other hotel we stayed in France. Really nice room and so clean and bright and airy. Location is a plus as it's convenient for our visit in Avignon.
Lovely room, we met a strike when we were in Avignon, and the owner helped us a lot. Very pleasant experience.
The location is great. It's the main reason for me to choose this hotel. Room is quite cozy and I slept quite well during the stay in Avignon. Will come back again.
Close to everything, excellent host, good breakfast. Very clean
Enthusiastic hotel boss. The room is sweet.I'll come back!
The couple that own and run this small hotel are wonderful! They provided much information on the local area and other places that we planned on visiting. An excellent command of English helped this non French speaking couple get started on the right foot in Provence. At night the rooms were silent. Two GREAT boutique restaurants within a stones throw of the hotel.
Stairs are steep, but bags were carried to the room for us.
Excellent and secure location, great welcome, kind and attentive service throughout when reception is open. Thanks to Emmanuelle and her partner who run their B&B with such efficiency.
My mattress sagged on one side, maybe needs a replacement after being slept on by too many guests, so I did not sleep well. We stayed one night only and could not connect to the WiFi even when using the instruction. We were too tired to call or bother Emmanuelle as it was so late in the evening already. We did get the connection in the morning at breakfast and it was fast and reliable. It was not an issue as we only stayed one night. Suggest that you get all your WiFi connectivity done when you check-in.
It felt like home and not a hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of very useful information which helped make my stay so enjoyable. It's a wonderful place to stay
