staff friendly, helpful. Handy location for tourism and shopping Small but clean and comfortable

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean; the locality of the hotel is very good as well.In fact the hotel is close to many big and small shops;it is near to several monuments and Metro stations.

Our twin-room was rather small but naturally, I cannot comment on other rooms! However, we only spent the night in the room because there is so much to see in Paris...and we enjoyed our stay in Paris very much.

Good location and value for money.

Very small room, constant stinking carpet floor, bad cleaning and sound proofing. On my mind this hotel is the place only for one night when you are out of your legs. But Paris forget all this negatives exiting for new walkaways every morning like a hit of Gary Moore.

The big room and quite big bathroom. Excellent service and possibility to get the room before the official time if ready.

No hot chocolate for breakfast.

good location, clean room and shower with free wi-fi, a safe and a mini-bar! LCD TV too (not that we used it...) lovely 24 hours staff!!! this room really upgraded our trip

Close to 2 department store, the printemps and lafayette. Also within walking distance for airport bus in rue de scribe.

Room 34 in very bad condition, accept our request change to room 64 which is same room but 3 floors higher. We need to open window because no air conditoning - result in 3 sleepless nights. Told the lady in charge ( I think she is the hotel owner) about this but she did not offer to change for a quiet room even she have plenty of vacant rooms just because I did not request this time? (Only met one male and a female customers in my 5 nights stay.) I don't want to be a fussy customer so I did not ask for a change again on our 3rd night but I did ask for facing the back for single room after 3 nights in double room with my husband who has to leave earlier to work. I made 3 nights double with easytobook.com and 2 nights single with booking.com. Don't like people in servicing business acts passively - I mean customers have to ask to get what they want . Good service should be they offer the best in evevery way before customer asked them to. But 2 other receptionist, 1 male and another lady staff are very helpful while I need to use their computer for online check in service to add extra bags with ryan air. They both do whatever they can to help, I really appreciated their kindness.

The hotel is very good located. Breakfast is what you can expect from a hotel in Paris. Friendly staff. The rooms were small with a small but clean and complete bathroom.

Only minus was the bed. A small, bad mattress.

The one person lift was memorable. I liked the location and the staff were very helpful and all spoke english.

La proximité des nœuds de transports urbains : gare saint lazare

La chambre n'était pas faite à 15:30 et il n'y avait personne pour la faire. On nous juste dit: "écrivez si vous n'êtes pas satisfaits". La nuit suivante l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée à cause d'un grill pain qui a été actionné à trop forte température. "Il y a pourtant un panneau dans la salle du petit déjeuner" ... Cela doit donc se produire de temps en temps et n'est pas corrigé. La sécurité ne semble pas être une préoccupation majeure. Le lundi de Pentecôte, deux heures après l'alarme incendie des travaux bruyants ont commencés à 08:00!
